I love the cutaways. Makes me feel like I am watching a drama movie where the main character is always explaining what they would have done differently in their life.
I came to watch your content for your amazing editing, documentation of your life, and your comedy. Fashion comes second for me. Hope all is well with you
I studied abroad in Denmark in college and absolutely loved it! Its such a beautiful country during the Spring, when the sun decides it wants to come out. Otherwise yes it is 100% going to rain. Great video as always!
So glad you went to Copenhagen. I was afraid when you kept saying you were going to a far off land that it was a trip to Japan to see Bahzad (although that would’ve been an awesome trip). Anyway, I kept my fingers crossed that it was a trip to Denmark to see Taylor, so I was relieved to find out that was the case. You’re a very lucky man, Mr Kristy!!
Next time you visit Taylor you two should travel over the bridge to Malmö 😁 haven’t been there much but the surrounding areas are beautiful! (Sweden ftw, okay..) I think the weather will be much more pleasant when summer hits! So, the summer is a perfect time to visit the love of your life again! I am so glad you guys are still going strong :) take care!
get an RM williams comfort craftsman, the most comfortable leather shoes or boots ever. ZERO break in time. High quality, refined enough to be worn at fine dining situation, but casual enough for outdoors
I wanna speak for everyone and say we love your videos Michael, but really looking forward to seeing how this romantic movie plays out... rooting for you buddy! When's the wedding?
Next time you come to Denmark, you should take Taylor to my town Helsingør, it's like 30 minutes with train from where you were in Copenhagen. On the way you can even visit the famous museum Louisiana. We got castles and old Denmark vibes in the city + the famous Hamlet from Shakespeare is here. And you can take the ferry to Sweden, Helsingborg, from the harbor. It takes like 15 minutes and then you have visited Sweden aswell. Funny seeing you walk around places in Copenhagen I walk almost everyday 😂
The piece of advice I always give folks traveling to the PNW is something that has served me well my whole life here. Endlessly Layering. I've packed for trips sometimes where I wore every outer layer while travelling and ended up just packing a bag full of baselayers. Oh and screw the haters, don't listen to the "umbrellas are for tourists" crap you'll here folks from Oregon say. That's just cause those dingdongs don't walk a full mile in the slow rain and realize even a light rain will build up on your jacket and drip onto your pants. It's a no true scotsman gatekeep for weirdoes. Great vid, first time commenting, have a good one. :D
@@missfeisty Yeah, you may not need it in the weird long mist of Oregon for a quick walk but if you are going a mile in the open you'll want it. I learned that lesson with one of my commutes for work that had about a mile walk from the MAX stop.
If you plan on traveling anymore in the future, either back to Denmark, or anywhere else in the world. Then you should check out some more “travel” focused brands or articles of clothing. I would love to see you make a video and hear your take on merino wool shirts, or other technical fabrics that allow for multiple wears without needing washing, like Patagonia’s “capilene” line. Also on brands like Outlier and Wool & Prince, which make more traditional looking clothing, including chinos, “jeans”, button downs, etc… in more travel/technical oriented fabrics. I recently picked up a pair of Slim Dungarees from Outlier, which is their 5 pocket style pant, and they are phenomenal! They pack super light, look like normal canvas or cotton 5 pocket pants, but don’t hold odor and repel water really well. Just a thought having just taken a 2 week trip to the UK. I wanted to pack a lightweight and weather versatile wardrobe without sacrificing on how I typically dress (which is usually raw denim, boots, flannels and a Taylor Stitch jacket of some kind). Also your Blundstones with a good insole make great travel shoes. Cheers! Excellent video as always!
If you are looking for great mittens look at the Vermont Golve, they make the best gloves out of goatskin. They started making gloves for Linesman and now started making gloves for winter and working. Right up your alley
I went to saint Augustine last year for a week, here's a list of the pants I packed. One pair swim trunks, one pair of cargo shorts, one pair of 501 jeans, one pair of non wrinkle dress Khaki pants. Cheers from Miami.
This channel is the only cross over channel that is taking denim heads on a love story lol. The two of you have a bunch of dirty Jean dudes rooting for you! Also, is that a reverso? Digging the look!
next time visit the island of ven... i was there for couple of days and it was so laid back and the people were so nice... i have learned swedish after that
If you aren’t a fashionista you can do 5 days out of a carry on bag. Also, always take a slip on shoe. Then when its time to walk across the street and grab coffee everyone isn’t watching you lace boots and then unlace them.
For me, a brown leather watch strap so dark that it goes with both brown and black clothes (or a burgundy strap). That way you just need one watch, or bring a couple different NATO straps. Digital watches are most useful with alarms and time zones but if not interested in that kind, a diver for timing or GMT (though they’re more expensive) for time zones. Bring a watch you don’t mind losing. Depending on the country you visit, you could get robbed of your watch, or in some cases like Brazil don’t wear any watch at all.
It depends but for the most part I want something that's simple and a little tough (just incase it rains or something). I went with the Reverso though because I wanted to have it feel like the Denmark trip!
A Lark system actually! It's super cool it's like AirPods but for microphones. Only issue is if you try to charge them via your computer...they break...
I was going to make dinner, but I'm more invested in Mike and Taylor than I am with my own well being
PHIL!!
Why is every video a piece of art
wow what a nice compliment!
Came for the clothes, stayed for the love story 🥺👖🧥🧦
🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
At this point, we're secretly waiting to see Taylor in the video with you ✊🏻🥺
ha! She's the secret star

Hey thanks so much! And yes LAYERING IS CRUCIAL!
I live in Oregon and always have an umbrella on me when I am out walking around hahaha 😆

@@salemite I'm also not from Oregon and I don't not like getting wet so I probably use my umbrella more than the average person hahaha

Oooh okay deal, I will!
Great video, i hope you enjoyed beautiful country
I totally did!
Is that JLC Reverso you are wearing? Also happy to see you happy Mr. Snail.
Yes it is! And thanks!
Your face when the shopkeep was not helpful in your very specific chocolate hunt, I felt that
Sometimes they just don't understand the severity
Oh lovely a new video : ) What boots are you wearing in the video?
Solovair Monkey boots!
Your videos are so good that I hit the like button before watching them.
that is the nicest thing ever, tY!
I’m jealous! I was supposed to go last summer and see a friend but Denmark still wasn’t allowing out of country visitors!
Also, the bit about persevering through shoe blisters…I conquer but my girlfriend hates me complaining.
oh I love whining about it
Looking forward to videos on the other channel!👍🏼
COMING SOON!

Hurra!
I KNOW! I gotta get there!
Dude put a ring on her! Cool video
Working on it!
Sejt! I'm a big fan of Frederiksberg Have, Louisiana and Andersen Bakery too
I went to the lousianna and Andersen bakery!
This makes me happy
SO GLAD!
I lived and bike in copenhagen my whole life, never had rain pants. Never rain more than 10 minuts, and then ur dry after 10min on the bike
Will you please do a video all about that tasty canvas and leather duffel?
oOoOoh yes!
I love the white Barbour. I’ve never seen a white one before. Is it waxed?
I need to research this further…🤔
Can someone tell me about the backpack he is wearing at the beginning? 0.0 the color combined with the slightly shining straps just look amazing!
11:51 I just got back from seeing my girlfriend, she lives in France, this part got right to my feels.
I hope France was lovely!
@@TheIronSnail it really was lovely, lyon is a great city.
Not easy to get the right size of a suitcase. Recently I got a medium one with 80L. I hope it's not too big, but it has decent amount of space.
Looking great, dude! Seems you've been hitting the gym.
Yes sir I have been!!
Was this an advert for Jeans?
Smooooooooooth Operator
Subtly advertising my pants as always
In Europe the Glide tooth stuff is called Oral-B.
I'll pass it along!
Why did you delete that video when you travel something thousand miles to see taylor???
If you two ever break up I will be so sad......
We love a love story
we just love love around here
Don’t let her get away
working on it!
This was so cute.
ty!
What criteria do you have for choosing a watch (or watches) for a trip?
Both domestic or international.
Does anyone else feel like they need Taylor and Michael together forever for there own sanity? k.
Any news on your denim jacket?
slowly coming to fruition! Working on two other items now
why do you never wear long coats, all of them are waste high?
Your girl is in Denmark? Where is she from?
Michael, If I said rain pants before you went to Denmark you would have laughed. Welcome to Western Europe, land of the layers and rain gear.
Its...very true
Respect to the travel info but I can’t tell you the anxiety I felt watching you move closer and closer to that tree covered in poison ivy!!
I'm a DANGEROUS MAN!
Michael (James) pls remember me when you’re famous
SAAAAAAAAAAAM
Pudding Pops?
What’s the name of the chair at 12:17?
I just typed ur channel name in as u posted damn I’m good
you got that intuition!
The best
TY!
But what watches did you bring? 😄
A single Reverso!
Great video. When are you going to talk about your god damn key clip huh!?
HA I'm filming today so lets see if I remember
I couldnt keep my coffe in my mouth 6:22
Bahahaha
Michael Kristy: "This channel has no content"
why does the michaelkristy1868 account have no videos?
Hi you beautiful Michael! What mic do you use?
A Lark system actually! It's super cool it's like AirPods but for microphones. Only issue is if you try to charge them via your computer...they break...
too bad I won't be going to Denmark anytime soon

The lack of manifaturra ceccarelli content is starting to become concerning
they stopped responding to me :((((((
Bruh wife her
