    Thank you, excellent video,I wasn't aware of the forefoot width technique, obvious now, but most simple remedies are missed.
    On a pedantic note, 'foot orthoses' or just 'orthoses' is the noun whereas 'orthotic' is the adjective as in 'orthotic device', 'orthotic technician', etc.

    This is something worthwhile! Too bad shoe sales people don't show these techniques! At least I've never had anyone show me these tricks...

    If I lace my shoes giving more space in forefoot won't it damage shoes over a longer period of time? I mean, won't my toes move too much in the forefoot causing the material to tear and wear?

    Great video. I really wish you would have had the video flipped 180 degrees though. I had to hold my phone upside down to get a subjective view of the foot. Note for future videos of similar guide content.
