Hi! You may have to move the bed in order to clean the bed floor. And as I recall, yes, the vacuum cannot and should not be flattened on the floor as it may get damaged (based on the manual). :)
Hi! It's still wet yet removes most of the dirt from the latest cleaning session. It's pretty helpful for me. The build-up of dirt will be avoided for my next cleaning period.
UPDATE AFTER 10 MONTHS OF USE: The handle's lock (connecting the main unit) got broken because of daily use. It's like the magnet/locking mechanism inside cannot hold the unit much longer. So whenever I use it, I have to be careful with the unit to avoid sliding on the floor.
Were you able to have it serviced/repaired? How did the warranty process go for you? If not, are you still able to use it now despite the locking mechanism not functioning properly? Or is it not usable anymore. Hope you get to see this question, thanks!
Could this vacuum clean under the bed? I think it can not 180 degree flat. Thanks
