Was going for H14, but after watching this changed my mind, thanks for the detailed review!
Glad this was of help!
I've got H12 Pro + L20 Ultra and it's the best combo for keeping apartments tidy (event I use H12 Pro for terrace cleaning). So I will wait for couple of years until Dreame will introduce some really significant improvements (so far it's all minor updates).
I'm looking at multiple models of this type of device to purchase, but based on several reviews I've watched, I can't reach a consensus. I would like one that dries the mop with hot air. In your opinion, which is the best or has the fewest negative points?
Thanks for the video!
Comprehensive and gives a lot of information!
What about the Dreame H12 Dual?
do you recommend it?
Is there a video of you on it?
Thanks!
Thanks for the comment! Unfortunately haven’t tried the H12 Dual so can’t comment on that.
hey bro maybe you misunderstood this product.
true, it's h14. but it's not the "Pro" version. Also the price is definitely cheap compared to TINECO S6 STRETCH. On H14 pro I saw the true evolution of h13 pro will return, but for those who want to spend little h14 is for me the right choice.
You’re right, it’s not a Pro version-but it’s priced like one. Not sure where you’re based, but it’s generally more expensive than the Tineco S6 stretch or the Roborock Flexi Pro, both of which offer more. Also, I do believe what they’ve omitted are more basic features than pro ones.
I came across your videos while looking for the best one for my mom, and I really loved your content (got excited to see this review cause I was considering that model 😅) so thank you for it!
I need to buy one next Sunday - could you recommend the best 180 degrees in your opinion?
Also - I didn't see a review on the Narwal S10 pro. What do you think of it?
I set my mind on it cause I thought it was the only 180 on the market, and it looked good, but then I saw all these ones and got lost again.
Thanks for your comment, glad you found the reviews helpful. Unfortunately haven’t had the chance to test the Narwal. I’ll be getting the Roborock Flexi Pro next week, so stay tuned for that review followed by my take on which of the 3 180-degree lay flats I would pick!
I need a vacuum and I have two options h13 pro or h14. which one should I buy? the price is almost same in my country
Depends on what matters to you. Personally I would go with the H14 for a) lay flat ability and b) silent drying, both of which I deem important to me. Unfortunately I would have to forgo max mode and the ability to manually kick the vacuum into heated drying, both of which are also important to me, but if I were to pick between the first 2 features or these, I'd personally go with lay flat / silent drying. But, what matters to me might be different from what matters to you..
I read that the H14 has app access but I bought mine in Europe and does not seem to work with the model (with the exact same name) here? :(
Not sure about other countries but the EU model does not seem to have app connectivity.
@@RawansReviews thanks for replying. When visiting the us site it days app connectivity so i guess there are differences. Disapponted :/
Thank you for this clip, I was used h12 pro and give it to my mom, then i buy h13 pro, i very love it with led light and especially glidewheel it more smooth, now my mom h12 pro error (so disappoint because it just 1.5 year) and looking for new one, after watch your video and know that h14 do not have glidewheel it easy for me to choose h13 pro, even h14 is same price in my country.
There’s the H14 that’s starting to be sold in some markets. That one has the powered wheels. So you might want to wait for that maybe. Good luck!
Appreciate if you could also review their suction for hair and pet fur which gets tangled in most rollers
Thanks for the tip--will consider it in future videos!
Will you be doing a review on the latest H14 Pro?
It’s not yet released in my market-but will definitely try to get my hands on one and review it if I can
I believe it have app integration to the vacuum, and custom mode so you could customise the suction to the max as custom mode
Im sorry i think my spect of the product only apply to my country 😅
@shaifulaqiel yes I believe so. Mine does not have any WiFi or app connectivity!
How I run fast drying??
Press and hold the cleaning button till you hear Fast Drying. Then run a cleaning session, it will start drying after the cleaning is done
I think I would prefer longer battery life over self-propelled.
Not sure which is newer as there are H20 Ultra and H30 Ultra in china market currently which can lie flat as well
And the H14 Pro was also released in some markets too...
i thought this was some sort of power mop like an advanced Swiffer WetJet. Oh well.
I watched this vid last week when I'm still trying to figure out whether to get a roborock flexi or H14. I kinda had the same disappointment when I watched your vid. But then I still bought the H14 just because it is easier for me to buy extra roller and filter (somehow it is hard to get roborock spare here). Just received the item today and you know what, it actually have the fourth option which is custom. In you app you can set it as turbo, quite, or even customize the suction power and wetness. And also in the app, you can actually choose whether to go through the whole roller cleaning process, or you can just choose to dry it out. 🎉 oh mine is just H14. It didn't mention regular or Pro version.
That's very interesting. Thanks for reporting back. For a second there I thought you had the H14 Pro..! What country are you in? My version had no WiFi or app connectivity; how did you trigger the WiFi to connect to the app? Prior to shooting the review, I even reached out to Dreame, and they confirmed I cannot do the drying process alone.
@@RawansReviews I have another Dreame product. When I installed the Dreamehome app last time, the region is by default set to United State. I didn't realize this until today when I tried to add the vacuum via QR code or even manually, it didn't work (device would not added to the App). Then only after I realized the default Region, I switch it to my own region, which is Malaysia and it works. I guess they did control things like Xiaomi.
when I said I had another Dreame product, it is X30 ultra robovac. Now that I have changed region to Malaysia, there is a whole lot more options/customization suddenly available in the App for my robovac. What the heck!😂
@@syahirribuan7797 Interesting. But your machine had a QR code I assume (mine didn't..); so could be region-specific on the machine they ship as well in particular regions..
Great review, convinced me to skip the H14.
Tineco doesn't have a product that do the 180 degree in the S7 series (i m aware of the S6 stretch)
it's so hard to select the best one on the market 😢, i m lost ...
Guess i will go with the s7 flashdry :/
Indeed. I’m in the same boat. Really thought the H14 would be the one. Now that it isn’t.. not sure which would the keeper. The lie-flat is really nice to have, so I would levitate towards the S6 stretch over the S7 flashdry… reluctantly though. Will see what the Roborock FlexiPro has to bring to the table next week..
@@RawansReviews i spoiled myself and saw some review of the robocrock, people are not happy and prefer the tineco.
Besides the 180 angle, why do you think the s6 stretch is better than the s7 flashdry ?
That would be the main reason. The 180 degree reach is quite convenient. The S6 stretch is also somewhat cheaper. Those 2 factors mainly would push me towards it over the Flashdry. Though..in an ideal world, I’d love to see an S7 Stretch….!
@@RawansReviews Finally, i had a super discount, i was able to get the tineco s5 pro 2 for 210 euro.
instead of getting the S7 flash for 800, i think i made a good deal, i checked all ur video but i guess you didn"t review it ^^
@@no1l888 That's a great deal indeed! I have not had the chance to test that one out--it's starting to get overwhelming with all the different models out there. But do report back on how you like it once you receive it!
Check Narwal S10pro, the best wet vacuum in the market right now, also 180° lay flat ❗❗❗❗❗❗
I believe since it is the base unit, and not the H14 Pro, that's why they have removed some of the 'pro' features. Though for a base machine it is very expensive, and the 180 degree feature alone, while a really welcome addition, a bit hard to justify the price increase.
Exactly my thoughts. But that’s not a price point for a base unit..
Pour quel genre de sol est il bon ?
A priori pour tous types de sols
The features you're saying are missing are in the "Pro", you're comparing H14 NON-PRO with H13 PRO. You should pin a comment or something letting your viewers know you made a mistake.
Fair. But there was no mistake per se; when I made this review, there was no Pro model out yet. It was released in some markets shortly after (and still not released in other markets, like mine). I do still think what I said in that review still hold true; it is priced at a “pro” price point but lacking those Pro features. My opinion at least, you might disagree.
