that is real slow,LTE in Singapore is at least 18 up and 20 down and could max out at 85 up 50 down.

Location, location, location, get that through your head. I'm getting average 40 mbps on Verizon which is faster than the speeds on this video and faster than the speeds you claim to have on AT&T LTE.
