The rarest thing is me completing HALL OF in a public server edit: i literally have a streak of 15, so it is the most common thing edit 2: died and lost my 16 streak.
Just realized the chance to this happen is literally 0. -Shop floors spawn every 20 floors -There was no one in the elevator that time,they probally bought the floor,reseted,and talked in chat -all my proofs for now.
@@Emosemgalho spawn rates are very random, however i will say that during this time MR was actually not too rare, but the spawn chances have changed now

there are multiple ways. one is that he will randomly cut off the lights and then vanish, or if you get the DrRetro NPC, they will use purple lasers and kill MR. also all NPCs (except Jermbo and DrRetro) will not enter the elevator because they fear MR. and if MR enters the elevator when NPCs are already in it, he will burn the NPCs. also, are you inky? (the guy I was playing with there)
