Funny content 😂 Namma yatri is able to get rides just because the drivers in Bengaluru are not accepting any rides from Ola, Uber or Rapido this is the only reason people are being diverted to apps like namma yatri. In 2019 from Hebbal to the place where I stayed is just 2 km but the auto rickshaw driver shamelessly asked 300 rupees for the ride and the same cost me just a hundred rupees an Ola. When I visited Bengaluru last month I took an auto where the auto driver looted 250 rupees just for 3 km. On the way I figured out that the driver is able to get continuous rides requests but he keeps cancelling and this shows the foolishness of the auto drivers in the city who are causing trouble to 1000s of people by not accepting the rides from other apps where Namma yatri is capitalising this opportunity. This is truth as a consumer 😅 I have 10 such experiences and think of locals who want to travel and the issues they face 😢

Yatri is is getting high mkt share because they are people centric means low/no commission (rent of using the app) now those 2 big giants only able to regain their share in auto transport if they reduce their commission again that means becoming more people centric that is the point of the video.😊

Namma Yatri app doesn't help in booking for someone else like in Ola & Rapido.

One more problem with namma yatri app is that when driver cancels the ride the consumer is not notified or it doesn't automatically start searching for a new raid unlike its competition apps.
We have to do the search from sqaure one
Worst service as no customer support.. As noww days no auto putting meter... They are looting now minimum chhrges 50..
No profit for customer autodrivers earning hefty amount with less work and expenditure

In Bharat, many such ventures turn into vultures. Regular autorickshaw are equally criminal in arm twisting passengers. Can these guys continue to do business with drivers being service oriented?

Namma yatri Auto driver pro than customer/traveller side. So ride cost is more and auto driver lazy and greed is capitalised in this app.
It is very focused on auto drivers and the initial balance was very off to support the customers, but we see it changing!

Namma Yatri services in Bangalore is very poor. Tariff is 30% higher. They are openly promoting TIP culture in the app itself. Very bad service. The above video is a sham
