I will not be putting Ai on every video. Normal videos will stay the same. This is just a little extra. Wanted the voice to hammer home what I have to say and also save slow readers like me having to pause/ go back every time. I hope you enjoy.

this is an older video, he just added the explanation and shortened it. He stopped using that perforated mat ages ago. It just allows the dirt to flow out and not get caught under the rug/accumulate while cleaning the opposite side. A lot of Brazilian rug cleaners use this technique. Ultimately you still end up needing to clean the back of the rug, so it doesn't really make that much of a difference.

The honeycomb lattice that you put down for the pressure washer. I’ve been trying to design something similar to that but is small wire floor, suspending the carpet over the floor, catch tray, so none of that dirty water runs through the carpet. so that I can start with the carpet upside down and the pressure washer to blast everything out first to get all that lowest stuff from the backing out in the same it went in. Flip it back over to do my Top clean and the whole time I’ve been working off of the suspended floor so all of the water all of the dirt drops through runs down into the catch.

    • @MountainRugCleaning

It cant hurt doing it this way but since trying it, and its just my personal opinion, but it doesn't really help much more . Having it on a solid floor and squeegeeing the top works much better and I wouldn't sacrifice being able to do that over this method. Hope it all works out though.
