Good content.... Great looking properties. However, I would not consider these an "investment".
Borrow, Buy, Die movement is Dead. At least for the foreseeable future. The last Boomer turns 65 in 2030. Boomers will have the biggest wealth transfer ever by inheritance. Most that receive inherited RE, tend to sell it and sell it fast. (most to stop the bleeding from fees, HOA, special assessments, taxes, insurance... aka carrying cost. With that looming reality (boomer impact) RE has no where to go but down.
