Quick suggestion: I don't know how good you are at walking backwards, but for about half of the rooms in this video, you followed the cameraman into the rooms. When you do that, you're saying "We're walking into this beautiful master bedroom with a beautiful view..." but all we see is you in a hallway. Also, I feel your cameraman can follow you from further away! Great video, looking forward for more.

Meaning the only way to get from one part of the combined unit to the other part is to step outside onto the balcony? Do I have that right - it doesn't seem ideal to me? Also, someone commented that this is not a pet friendly building. Are pets forbidden? My questions aside, both units are gorgeous and I completely understand your enthusiasm. Additionally, being able to pick the flooring is a wonderful option.

I think you're doing a great job, however, I'd love to see the floor plan overlaid as you move arounf if possible. Helps to establish how the building flows.
I was thinking the same thing about the floorplan. Makes it easier to get a mental picture of where we are in the apartment. Btw. your clothing fits perfect with the particular unit wich you are touring for us. Tone of voice and your description of the apartment is great too. Never had to pause and go back to get what you were saying in any of your videos. Keep up the good work!
Me and my partner looked last year in buying a condo not too far from there,., not beach front but a hefty price for not much of a view or size (2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) We decided against it after much deliberation Not much bang for the £ or (buck) as you guys would say,, as we are from the uk. A million dollars does not get you much.. but these are beautiful condos my man!

To basically take down a wall between these two units at the Auberge ( North tower) would not give a seamless look that one would expect in an 8M$ condo.You would have to completely reconfigure and thus gut a good portion of each units and with the already inflated asking price it would not make sense to do so financially.

If you are looking for a trophy penthouse/condo in FLL,for the same price it would make more sense now to purchase one of the 4 penthouses at the Paramount which I think you featured one awhile back.Mind you ,you would be going from a 5 star project condo unit to a 4 star project penthouse with a lot more bling and bang for your dollar.

I wouldn’t knock the wall down I would leave it two condos and sell or rent the other one out. I would also suggest you didn’t talk about the building what’s in the building? Parking, HOA, gym, etc..
