- This video is about Red Magic Docking Station. I used the Red Magic Docking station as I played Modern Combat 5. I also cast the game play to the Tv while using a bluetooth contoller. The gameplay was great while being able to use wired internet. No lag, no worries.

i'm loving the docking station especially because of the type c connector. now you can charge your phone while using it without a disturbance when on landscape or gaming because it's at the back of your phone

You should have measured the latency in games while On the Wired Dock vs On the WiFi. It'll be interesting to see how much is the difference.

Great review I'm trying to decide if I should get the docking station to go with my RM3 do you think it's worth the $42? I doubt I'll use the Ethernet or head phone jack much. I wish the adapter included an HDMI adapter and regular USB plug for hard drive access.
Honestly if you are not going to use it for the ether net I would look for something else because at $42.00 it would just be an expensive phone holder and charger. Thanks for watching!

I've tried many transducer cables to reflect the screen. I thought this would be effective in this device, but I'm wrong now. Could you make a converter cable video to project the screen or did you project the screen with the cable?
I used the "Casting Feature" that is on the phone. The only thing using the Cast feature is you will experience some lag here and there. You can only cast to your TV is your TV has that feature as well.

Hey can you check and see if the USBC supports video out to connect to tv? It's supposed to be a dock station but I'm hoping the USBC on the back can support Video output

Hi i also own a Nubia red magic 3 but there is a problem which I’m having ,so my phone has white spots on the back and they are increasing day by day I don’t why and how ,is it the paint quality .......?
Hmm that is strange. I personally have not experienced that issue with the device. It could be that whatever material is used to coat the back is starting to wear. I had a case on mines so maybe that prolonged any wear and is the reason I do not have that issue.

Rog phone 2 is too pricey for me. I'm looking nubia or razer 2 for more budget. Would you recommend this over razer 2? Also is it much difference in the 120 and 90hz ?
That's a difficult one. I believe both devices are around the same price. I personally like the Red Magic 3 over the Razer due to comfort when holding, the super loud speakers, battery life and I liked the camera a bit better than the Razer. I love the RGB of the Razer phone. The 90 vs 120 refresh rate is not that noticable, you will be happy with either but while playing games, there are not too many games available that uses these.

Hello Steve! The only thing I did so that the viewers could see better was cast the gameplay to my TV using a chrome cast. As you see there was a little lag from the device to the TV because of the casting. Unfortunately this device only allows for direct connection to the ethernet port to the device for smooth gameplay. So essentially you are just eliminating wifi while playing on the device.

I just toggled the casting button on the phone. If your TV supports casting you should be able to cast it. Doing that may show lag on the TV but it runs smooth on the phone.

how did you mirror your phone to the TV? Do you need the docking station for that? Because that would be awesome playing games on a 65inch TV
I just used the cast Toggle on the phone and it connected to my chromecast that was plugged into my TV. You do not need the Dock for that. It may be a little choppy if you try to play like that though. Thanks for watching.

The dock can not be used to comment the device to the tv. I used the cast function on my device to connect it to the tv.

I just used the regular casting features in the settings shade of the device.

No the dock does not serve to connect to the TV. It would have been nice if it could. I just cast my smartphone to the TV using the Casting toggle on the phone. I only showed the game on the TV so the viewers can see the game running while on Ethernet.

You connected the Ethernet cable to your docking station and your modem/router?
Yes. That is exactly what I did.

It's good for gaming! I didnt experience any lag using the dock. The only lag you may have seen in this video was when I showed the game on the TV and that was because I was casting from the phone not the dock.

Hello, are you facing any multi touch issues when playing games like pubg mobile... Actually I bought one which is having this issue. Sometimes aiming part is not responding when i am sprinting.. So kindly help me to sort out this problem.
So far I have had no issues with multi touch issues while playing PubG.

Nice dock but using it cannot use any protection case so its very slippery while playing game... Should have build the dock adjustable.

Yes you can still use the device with the dock attached.

I used the cast toggle on the phone to project the game to my tv. You have to have casting available on your TV to be able to cast it.

I toggled "cast" on the device and then used the chromecast that I have connected to my TV.
