I got mine a couple of years ago from Sweetwater in black. She"s pretty good, very well built as you can expect from Epiphone. And pairing with a Blackstar amp and the Architect software is a lot of fun!
I struggled today on whether to buy one or not. I asked why it was so affordable. I figured it out. The neck back is of the same paint as the satin/ flat paint as the body. I know that neck is going to get nasty real soon with dirt and be sticky and uncomfortable. Thanks but no thanks.
Just a cautionary tail on this and Musician's Friend. I did a review of the blue one, wasn't thrilled with it and it had a tiny crack in the neck joint. MF was going to make me pay to ship it back even noting the damage.
Thanks for listing your experience. Very odd. I've been dealing with MF for over 15 years and have never been charged for a defective return. Did you try speaking with multiple reps regarding your issue?
@@AJgeartalk yeah I even used screen shots in my video. Although after I gave it a 1 star review they then did reach out to me and told me they would pay for shipping. Said too late already took a sander to it, shot a video highlighting the entire ordeal🤣
@@nellayema2455 yes that is true. Unfortunately closest one for me now is 3 hours away(used to have one 30mins away) Gas would’ve been price of shipping 🤣
I never had a problem . However I saw a video where a guy received the wrong guitar and was to his benefit given the price point. According to him they wanted him to pay for shipping and not honor the price on his original purchase. Lol
Nice find, A.J. -- this is the lowest price that one will find on these, IMO.
AND a great choice of colors -- that really makes this great!

Chuck some Wilkinson or other decent affordable tuners on it and you've got a cool little rocker!

Bummer. I believe that one can return a MF purchase to a GC store, or am I mistaken?
