These guys are awesome! A few years ago my friend and I were fishing in Grand Rapids MN and these guys pulled up in their boat and just gave us a bunch of free tackle. I've got some of their stickers on my tackle box right now. keep up the great videos!
Very cool! What boat were they in? -- we're trying to recall which one(s) of us connected with you. Hope your summer is going well. Good fishing dudes 👍!
This is a master class. Some people have no idea. This is a master showing his efficiency with all his tools. People making disparaging comments about how "easy" electronics make it are kind of haters in my opinion.
That's just about all my lakes I fish around northern indiana. Find the spots of the less dense grass to stay clean but punching deep or shallow grass has been the most successful for me.
It just depends on the lakes. Some have hard bottom areas like in this video that holds fish, and sometimes the hard spots don't. It doesn't take long to test these spots with a crankbait. You'll usually get one to fire if there's an active school on a hard spot. Shallow cover is always a must-try, but you typically don't do the kind of damage Seth did in short order when he landed on this offshore school.
Can’t help but notice the temperature on his humminbird unit showing up in “t” for his temperature measurement. I’m having the same issue on mine, does anyone know how to fix that?
Crazy how we rely on this technology these days just to fish. I understand the competition. But I see how competition can ruin the sport. What if when hunting you can see every deer 300 meters behind any tree? There’d be no more to hunt after too long. Yes catching a bass don’t necessarily kill it , but ruins the sport for others in my opinion. How much further will the technology progress in the next 10 years ? Livescope + just came out so with that being said , are we just enjoying fishing like we used to or are we just focusing on catching and “ getting the big bag or first place” ?
Sure, but what kind of hunting. Trail cameras have taken over the woods -- that's a pretty insane time pattern analysis. Technology has penetrated every outdoor industry. It's up to us as individuals how we want to participate.
Had the technology to do what he did here 20+ years ago. Go to people who rely on it like Ben Milliken. This is nothing. Seth is still spot fishing here and took hours to scout. I agree technology is going a little far but this is the wrong guy to target that towards. Seth is one of the guys that would still be an elite if you took this stuff away.

I'm not sure. It was like back in 2018 or 19. I now it had lots of lights on it but that probably doesn't help.
I think he was with his wife

That other boater kept getting closer and closer 🤣
Wanted Seth's autograph and also the school of bass he was working.
I love the way you explain everything you do, thank you for keeping it simple but exact.
Man, he makes it look easy…like no big deal. It’s no wonder, he’s always a constant Bassmaster AOY contender every year. Awesome video W2f! 👍
No doubt. Complex stuff made into obvious and commonsense. That's the mark of a professional!
Is that a sticker of Rip from Yellowstone on the windshield? Lol
Same thing I was thinking. haha
Yes, yes it is. He's Seth's hero.
electronics like that I wouldn’t even know how to use.....
Damn that’s a sweet set up though.
Thanks Seth, great video as usual.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
Guy in the back straight up hole buzzed!
Awesome work, love this video.
Thank you very much!
Great underwater on that big trd, looks great on that rig, noted
Thanks Musky Bites, yeah, the UWs definitely convey what that unique TRD and Tokyo Rig setup are doing.
I got my hands on one of them Daiwa Monocoque spinning reels. they're insanely good
Yes, super cool technology. Daiwa is always pushing the limits of product innovation.
Great video!👌🏻🎥🔥 keep at it!!💪
The goatttt 🤙🔥
He ain't to bad, and a darn nice guy to boot.
@@Wired2Fish lol
Seth is a gangster!
Wired2Fish should do a video on safety and how to fish a river for those new to fishing rivers.
Great video. Any tips for us northern fishermen who have deep lakes that don’t have any hard bottom (all sand or muck)?

This was shot in the northern most state
(Lower 48)
@@Wired2Fish So… MN?
Yeah that’s where Seth is from.
That guy following you tho. Lol
Probably laying his own way points lol.
We couldn't shake him. Was glued to Seth like white on rice.
@@Wired2Fish "white on rice" lol that got me. It's funnier cos I'm asain. Haha
So in the summer in mid day hard bottom or shallow cover like docks or something pads? Right?

I just realized you hold your spinning rod differently.
Another good, useful video ... maybe clean those sonar screen before filming them

I would compare fishing technology to being still a handicap compared to a hunter fishing with their eyes

"Humminbird paid me to make this video. Buy their stuff."
They didnt pay seth to make this video. Seth is working with wired2fish. Which wired2fish does videos on garmin and lowrance also. So you are a clown.
What's up with that guy pulling up on your spot
A real hyena, guess he couldn't help himself 🤷♂️
I thought you were not a straight shank guy… 🤔
Anyone else notice how expensive his spinning reel is? 😳
He don't buy them. They give it to him.
