Honestly i really relate to your problem because i met alot of shitty people who were genuinely awful which made me as a person having trust issues because i was scared they only pretended to be a nice person until they got tired of me and threw me away
As you said in the video i also believe that friendship and trust is build upon honesty being able to accept that you are doing something shitty and learn from that (unless its smth really awful) and time like a few years to be able to fully know that you can trust the person because all "friendships" i had didnt even lasted a few months because either the person was really shitty on their behaviour or i was (which i took it personally and matured as a person)
Eitherway social media really became the wildwest just full of hate and hate (which I hope gets changed to kindness)

If you ever need someone to talk to, let me know! I would listen to or make music when I'm stressed, and it calms me down pretty quick. Everyone in the Warface: Clutch team calls their playerbase "Friends," and that's actually pretty reassuring when you think about it.
