I love Robertson's idea of giving away everything you know. That is very wise and enriches the giver.

There are many practitioners but only one Chad. The best bread I've ever had. I cooked my first Tartine loaf last night in Phoenix. The fact that Chad shared his methods and secrets with the rest of us is really a testament to his character and altruistic ideology. And while my bread is not and never will be on par with Chad's, it's so so so good.
