We already have constitutional carry. The ccl is for reciprocity with other states. There is some weird wording however that allows ccl holders to open carry in places where you are only allowed to conceal carry funnily enough.
As many states as possible should look to pass constitutional carry laws. With the constitutional carry laws, it would remove the ability for an alphabet agency to easily do something shady.

Then she asked why he had paper records instead of digital. He said because he doesn’t trust the government to not abuse a digital system. (He’s right, we know the ATF already has an illegal registry thanks to FOIA requests) Then, after basically accusing the owner of criminal behavior, the ATF agent proceeded to PHOTO his ENTIRE A&D (acquisition and disposition) records, with both her ATF phone AND her PERSONAL PHONE, not only contributing to the ATF’s registry but she now also has her own personal copies of ALL that info to do with as she pleases. I know there’s legal action in the works and I don’t know if she’s been ID’d yet, but this woman NEEDS to be FIRED. IMMEDIATELY. These hearings are so frustrating because they never answer any questions. They always act like they have no idea what is going on.
MO needs a blanket concealed carry right for all citizens no applications
We already have constitutional carry. The ccl is for reciprocity with other states. There is some weird wording however that allows ccl holders to open carry in places where you are only allowed to conceal carry funnily enough.
As many states as possible should look to pass constitutional carry laws. With the constitutional carry laws, it would remove the ability for an alphabet agency to easily do something shady.

More Senators Hawley needed!
It's extremely obvious this administration is padding the numbers on everything.
Not just the FBI. The ATF has been going around to FFL business demanding to see records. A rogue agent has even been captured on film threatening the owner of Black Metal Firearms, saying she’d revoke his license if he didn’t immediately produce his A&D records. Then she asked why he had paper records instead of digital. He said because he doesn’t trust the government to not abuse a digital system. (He’s right, we know the ATF already has an illegal registry thanks to FOIA requests)
Then, after basically accusing the owner of criminal behavior, the ATF agent proceeded to PHOTO his ENTIRE A&D (acquisition and disposition) records, with both her ATF phone AND her PERSONAL PHONE, not only contributing to the ATF’s registry but she now also has her own personal copies of ALL that info to do with as she pleases.
I know there’s legal action in the works and I don’t know if she’s been ID’d yet, but this woman NEEDS to be FIRED. IMMEDIATELY. Maybe also criminal charges for using her personal cellphone to photo private records.
