@@ebenezeramo3928 Things are tough for some people right now because of the Covid. Especially those who don’t have an online job around this time. It also depends on many factors. If you want to teach English here, remember you’re gonna compete with whites, so you should improve on your accent and do a lot of teaching practice. I personally got my job before the Covid started because I did a lot of improvements on myself before coming here. I’m the only black in my company and I’m free with the HR department so I know what goes on in hiring. They prefer whites, but if a black person falls into their criteria, they do consider.

The sad thing is that most people go to Vietnam 🇻🇳 without getting a job at first hand. Let's try our best to do our research, get the job opportunity and documentation before migrating to another country.
Another problem is that it's very much difficult (but not impossible) to get a job opportunity in Non English speaking country.

Everyone’s got a point here trust me, but know this, going to Vietnam is subject to; 1. Your education 2. Your experience 3. Location (where you’re going) 4. The timing. Upon David’s interview he went in July 2019 where there wasn’t Covid, this man went in Covid time and so things wouldn’t be the same as when David went. So David’s point is true and this man’s point is true too, all is up to how prepared you are and what you’re going to meet at what time you’re going. That’s what I can say per my experience

I think a lot of the times we don’t do so much research when traveling. Usually we think when we just get up and move and we hustle it will work. You need to do comprehensive research else you will get a lot of issues.
He didn’t have teaching background and he wanted to go and directly go and teach without any training. Obviously there is a greater chance of failure than success.
Skill is very important for whatever you want to do.

If you do not make your research before coming here, it's always going to be an issue. We all are looking for better opportunities but anyone that complains about the situation has either not put himself out there probably or hasn't prepared enough. I've been here over 2 years and it's hasn't been all great but I will encourage anyone who has the right skill and probably prepared to take the chance.
Well in aunty Mercy's video I stated that south east Asian countries don't favour foreigners especially blacks from Africa whatever these 3 Ghanaians are saying is true in some points, I repeat south east Asian countries are not built for black Africans. It favour only their citizens, so why can't Ghana build their country to favour the citizens and make money from the the foreigners in the country 🙄
We aren't ready to build our country, we're waiting on God or only government to build it for us.
Many ghanaians traveled made little money, sent it home so they could create jobs but those back home still think it's always green on the other side so they will chop the money,collapse the business and say Ghana isn't good.

They are employees but I was an employer. So I was creating jobs and other opportunities for people for twenty years until 2019. Kindly listen to the full interview. As at 2019 I was having 35 employees and other people I rendered periodic assistance. I traveled to change enviroment to save my family and myself for the stress and depressions I was going through .
