      This is really one of the only good videos about the topic that I could find. A lot of RUclips videos about intellectual and specialized topics are way too shallow for someone who wants fuller, deeper knowledge. Lectures are often the only ones that actually go all in on a topic.

      If it is also spelled "hwilom", I wonder if we have one lamentation or two.

      Agreed, it is one of my favorite Middle English words.

    A small correction ghost was always pronounced with a g sound and never a ʒ sound. It came to be spelled as ghost to follow Italian spelling conventions where a g sound is produced with a gh.
