How tf do you forget your OWN kid, especially a toddler who needs attention and care frequently. This seems fishy to me and I think the parents should definitely be investigated and charged. Literally despicable. SEVEN HOURS?????
I have had a stronger connection with my dog than these parents do their children. Meaning, I have never "forgotten" my dog in the car ever...was highly in tune with her emotional field ..so to "forget" a child signifies a deep disconnect ..and noone wants to address that, so this keeps happening
This is plain tragic. Another completely preventable accident. Quite sad that the parents could go 7 hours without their daughter and think everything's fine. Some parents don't take enough responsibility.
If someone told me they left their kid in the car and walked inside and didn’t remember until 10 minutes later I would believe it, I would still think it sucks that it happened but I’d believe it. How can you forget a child for 7 straight hours though. Did they walk inside and immediately fall asleep? I blame the parents of that 2 year old. Who the heck leaves their child in a hot car? Even if the temperature was 60 degrees outside, I would never leave a child that young unattended.
I think the way it usually occurs is when the parent is heading to work and usually goes to daycare, but forgets and goes straight to work with the kid in their car. At least with the legitimate cases. I've never come close to doing this, but I could see how someone gets in their routine. Most daycares have apps now which I check my kids' pretty obsessively, so I would notice if my husband or I forgot.

A lot of times I can’t even remember if I flushed the toilet or not.

We were on a family trip one time coming back from the river, and my mon was bleeding so she rushed inside from the car. My dad assumed my grandma took my younger sibling out of the car, but there was miscommunication on who was bringing my sibling inside. Come to about 30-60 minutes later, my grandma walked outside and heard my sibling scream crying in the car. She rushed them inside, and thank god they were okay, but if my grandma did not go outside they probably would have died. It was a hot summer day, so the car was sweltering hot. I can never understand why something like this could happen, but I remember the chaos that day, so I do have empathy for parents who leave their kid *unintentionally*
I don’t understand how the mother and father didn’t notice that the child was missing after 10 minutes. Two year olds need a diaper change every two hours, they eat every 2 - 4 hours they want a parents attention every 10 minutes. Two year old do not play independently for long periods of time. So how did these parents not know that the child was missing for 7 hours? Unless they use drugs and fell asleep with the child inside of the car. That is the only explanation and or it was done on purpose.

Bet they didn't "forget" their phones.
The father had to drop the child to daycare in the morning. But apparently he FORGOT and went back to the house leaving the baby in the back seat. When the mother come home she asked where the baby was because she wasn't in the daycare. Then they rushed to the car and found the baby after 7 HOURS! It's all the father fault.
Or worst, what about it was in purpose, what about this intentional, because you just don't care and later now you crying and make a full scene about it, no, this something intentional, they knew of what they do
Seven hours is a ridiculous time to go without checking on your baby whom you know is inside with you. I don't understand how you could go seven hours without realizing your toddler is missing. 😲
the car was hot because they want to give the girl a free spa

Generally dad would have dropped her off at Daycare. She wasn't supposed to be home.
She wasn't supposed to be at home. She was supposed to be at daycare. Not sure how the father forgot to drop her off at daycare, but the mother was at work all day and arrived home to find her child dead.
@@libertywatcher1247 thank you. Nobody cares to look at the details. I can't imagine what this mother is going through.

One tip I have heard is to leave your left shoe in the backseat. The second you step out of your car you’re going to know you’re missing some thing and you’re going to turn around and have to check your backseat. I know people say how can you forget your child but as someone with chronic short term memory issues this is one of my biggest fears as a parent. A lot of times I can’t even remember if I flushed the toilet or not.
I have heard this too or you can leave your purse, wallet , phone etc in the back seat

She rushed them inside, and thank god they were okay, but if my grandma did not go outside they probably would have died. It was a hot summer day, so the car was sweltering hot. It's just sad that so many children have been affected by this absent-mindedness that people fall victim to. Everyone loses in this situation.
The parents will say they “love their child” yet they forget they exist the moment they leave the car
