C0 Xingqiu vs Pyro Hypostasis

I saw so many people struggling with beating the Pyro Hypostasis/Cube.. including me, so I built Xingqiu at C0 without Hearts of Depth or Noblisse Oblige and still managed to do well!

I just started genshin last week and my first 10th pull yesterday I got xingqui, are all characters still strong without upgrading their constellations?

Yeah, more or less levelling up their talents and investing in good weapons and the right artifacts - almost anyone can be a main dps even at c0.
