Chris, if a garrison has a flag on the left side of the garrison troop slots it means you can remove; if not, you cannot. This is from the base game, not added in HOTA
It took years for this town to finally come out, the HotA team definitely wouldn't want you to finish its campaign in just a few nights : D Chris thanks for the perseverance, this is a great playthrough.
Here's an idea. Position Frederick right next to that gate from where the enemy hero comes out, so that he doesn't get to pick up another 400 or whatever Enchanters. Have him wait there, and then take the city on the left with another hero. But you probably have already finished the map, so never mind. Thanks for the videos and take care.
My strategy just by chance was to let Dargem out, he captured the easter town, i managed to sneak behind and recapture the town, then he captured the necro and stayed there without moving, managed to get 12k skeletons with clone plus other troops and fought him in the necro without fort or reinforcements for him while i had 3 pirate towns for troops. If u let him stay in his town his army will grow
2:15:00 well for the final attack, can't you just use one of the random heroes and weaken the final guy, if not killing him, and then attacking with your main guy ? That way you can utilize all the army you have since you can't take it on a single hero because of all the different power stacks .
I cannot believe with how good u are at this game and u get stuck in some simple things like 1:03:00, or not remembering like for 6 times that u killed Malathi already come on xD
I'd agree with you back in 2002, but with amount of effort put into revitalizing HOMM3, with HD mod, HOTA, constant updates and couple with the fact that Homm4 doesnt even have map editor, i'm inclined to conclude that your opinion is just trolling.
@@hrsmp I dunno man. I was walking the dog yesterday and as I crossed a field, I saw something on the ground. I walked over, confused, and thought "Why is there a copy of HOMM 3 laying here on the ground in the middle of nowhere?". It was only after closer inspection, I saw it was actually a huge cow turd. Difficult to distinguish the two, after all...
I've been enjoying this playthrough. Glad you never gave up. We enjoy the suffering a little.
Good thing that Chris did not give up on this. I like to see cheesy strategies and hard maps which trigger the ingeniosity of the player.

tough to do since I would need 2 large armies, he gets out as soon as I beat the other guy.

The only probelm with HOMM 3 is that it sucks. Otherwise it'd be a great game, like HOMM 4.

I've never watched more boring and irritating campaigns/maps than these. Sorry Chris, but this town/campaign is total crap.
