I think evos make these decks not f2p. As long as supercell keeps coming out with new evos, and then nerfing them after you spend your hard earned shards, its definitely not f2p. To me, card levels don't matter as much due to the path of legends or classic challenge formats. But I can't play the decks unless I have the right evo. Surprise surprise, the card boost potion maxes card levels, but doesn't give you evos
You can get one full evo of your choice every 3 months now, if you play the free pass and season shop and even more because you get 3 shards of another evo every month. These videos are for a longterm goal, a deck you can play for multiple seasons. I do think evos make free to play way more difficult, but the videos are for the best decks not good decks for free to play.
