This was one of the many great bands we had in Chicago in the 60's.

i have watched 100 +/- reactors daily for the last 3 years. You are the first to hit this incredible group! They and several like them were the foundations of the Chicago sound. It was the teens battle of the bands and Chicago DJs. You shud check the progression thru this era. Try the Buckinghams, Blood,Sweat, and Tears, to the group Chicago.

Great Chicago band! I remember my wife and I took our kids to a local festival they were playing at. I picked up my youngest daughter and danced with her on the grass to this song. I great little Dad moment! Beautiful tune! Keep up the good work, my friend! 😊🎶❤

    Fantastic song!
A very dear friend of mine played in this group , not as an original member, but he was with them for awhile, before he moved on to play guitar and tour with Olivia Newton John..
    Glad you enjoyed this one!

I've never heard this one! I only know "Things I'd Like To Say." It is beautiful and sad. I was about 12 yrs old when it came out, and it was one of those songs that talked about love and loss, and it showed me the sad side of love. I am grateful for that genre of music. When you grow up hearing about "happily ever after," its not a reality. I did better hearing reality. So, here it is

One of my favorite bands. I call this genre "sunshine pop". Other singles than the two mentioned that I like are "Hold me with your eyes", "Can't you see me cry", "I could never lie to you", "I want you to know" and "Barbara I love you". Thank you.

The New Colony Six songs I remember best are "I Confess", "Cadillac", and "You're Gonna Be Mine"; earlier and with more of a garage band feel than this song. All got airplay in Chicago.

I thought I'd drop off another female artist to give a listen, if interested. "Judy Collins - Send In The Clowns (Live)" (by the channel: Judy Collins) --Judy Collins is an American singer-songwriter and musician, with a career spanning seven decades. She is known for her eclectic taste in the material she recorded, which has included several genres of music such as folk, country, show tunes, pop and rock music.
