Question about the coffee booster pack from barnes and noble, can it treat any disorder?

Actually, it treats nothing. You simply add it to your Psyche as if it's another Disorder. Doing so allows you to play an extra card on your turn.

So if you have a a disorder with a medicine card on it does that open you up to get that disorder again? And I wasn’t aware that you could give out disorder cards without the use of medication cards

You can't get that disorder again if you're already treating it. And you can only give a disorder to a person who is taking medicine that has that disorder as a side effect.

Seems like once you have no cards you are screwed for the rest of the game.
