Considering the age of the building, this apartment is in great shape. Love the spaciousness and light.
This is actually quite good and in great conditions and given the fact is in Chieti I'd say a fair price. I wonder if the owner is willing to negotiate for the entire building...
This is a fantastic property with well proportioned rooms and lots of light. Even the kitchen, you can squeeze in a table once the cupboards are fitted. Very nice find!

Nice! Can you explain owning an apartment in Italy? Are there homeowner Associations fees? Insurances needed? I’m curious if it’s like owning a condo here in the United States.
Hi! It actually depends on the buildings and how many households are there, for this specific one there won't be any associations fees. Insurances needed in Italy are typically only against fire but you will have to double check with the real estate agent to make sure.
