    Bro sometimes i can do handstand for so 40 seconds and sometimes i can't even 10 sc 😢 whay!!

      This is usually a consistency issue, so it' more about the ability to kick up and consistently land in a good position.
      I recommend working on just kick ups and focusing on catching balance as many times as possible. Don't hold the balance for too long, focus more on the volume of successful kick ups.
