Staring for 5 to 6 seconds without talking between 2 guys either means 1 of 2 things providing you have no abnormalities or food all over your face. It either means attraction, or wtf u looking at , any normal person can tell the difference between a straight guy staring at them or a guy who likes them unless your autistic, or a complete mong. The eye contact, attraction thing is 100% true , its built into us by nature u just feel it . I sense the only sort of people who doubt it and cant tell the difference are socially awkward aspergers types , or really unattractive people who get starred at because they creepy , but 2 half decent looking guys, starring and smiling can only mean 1 thing dude cmon
poodtang1 if you personally are the one behind the counter is what I was meaning to say. That's your best insight on have a one one one interaction and seeing how the person in front of the counter reacts. As a person behind the counter you can control how the environment will work. I almost made that mistake once, although I didn't quite get to the flirting stage per se, it was more small talk to begin with. Besides, he revealed he had a girlfriend before I even had the chance to make my intentions obvious. Typical. lol! Not that I assumed he was gay beforehand, I just thought he was cute and didn't want to limit myself.
poodtang1 It'd brighten up my day if a guy flirted with me regardless if I was working or not. Even if I wasn't interested in them. It'd make me feel really happy. 😊
THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME! I would get the gay guys coming in often, same ones, buying nothing but browsing all the time, and because I'm being paid to show customer service and smile and be nice all the time, they think I'm interested in them... yeah they are cute, but everything they see and hear IS FAKE! I'm an introvert, I would never walk up to them and smile and say, "Hi, how are you? Do you need a hand?" NEVER. Fuck dat. And then it gets awkward when I've finished their transaction and they're still standing at the counter, as if waiting for me to ask them out... IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. In fact, I've had one guy ask when I finish, and I told him we close at regular trading hours... he thought I didn't understand what he meant, but I understand 100%... I just avoided the question a little by saying that the store closes... but I finish my shift 3 hrs before the store closes LOL.
May I add something to your list that everyone can consider? It is this: the physical desire to draw closer to the person you are attracted to, the desire to touch them. This, for many is strong. It was for me, to get closer physically, perhaps shake their hand, touch their shoulder, leg, back, whatever the case. Not sexually necessarily but in connecting with them and exploring them...experiencing them more personally. Also, may I suggest another? The scent of their person, that is to say, their hair, breath, back, hands, cologne...its a bit animalistic but we must remember we are in actuality a mammal. We desire to get closer, touch, see, smell and hopefully.....hold then mate. lol. Who else can relate?
A couple of years ago on the bus to work a lot of guys were giving me the stare. When i got to work i realized i had pigeon shit on the back of my shoulder! They were probably saying "I cant believe that gay guy doesnt know he's got shit on his jacket".
The "stare" is honestly so freaking true. When they look into your freaking soul, but at the same time show absolutely no facial expressions or emotion hahaha.
you ever think they stare because your fat,,dress like a slob,,you have b.o,,your teeth are yellow,,you have a camel toe or muffin top,,or you spit when you talk?? or they hear your name and are thinking wtf?
Lol wow, the same thing happened to me at a bank last week. I was using an ATM in the entrance section of the bank, minding my own business, and one of the personal bankers walked to the entrance just to give me a compliment on my outfit. I was so thrown off, but flattered because this person was extremely good looking. Not only did he compliment my outfit, but he asked if I model, b/c I looked like I was straight out of a magazine. I laughed it off and responded by saying "Thanks bro, you too". Mind you, he was wearing a tailored suit that looked way better than the casual outfit I was wearing. I felt like I looked average compared to him, so I was taken back at the compliment. He looked like a mix of Latino/Italian, extremely well fit, 6ft tall, and very masculine so you would think he's straight by looking at him. Then when I finished using the ATM, he literally opened the door for me, as a straight man would open for a woman he's attracted to. I played it very cool, but deep down inside I was like "wow, I hope he goes the extra mile and asks for my number" lol. When I got in my car I put my head down and couldn't stop giggling to myself. Well guess what, I work a half mile from that bank and I go there pretty often...so the next time I will make sure I look my best and I will go inside to see if he's there and I'll give him a smile...to be continued...
Hi there Smoovey, I've just read your comment and wondered if you have been back to the bank since your visit a week ago?? I think after all he done for you and what he said that had you of asked him out or for his number then & there the answer would've most certainly been a YES!!! Please make sure you go back and hey just ask him out even if u have to wait in line. Just be sure to let the next person ahead go 1st until this guy is free!! You probably think that you didn't look great on that day- therefore it was you he was more intrested in rather than what u were wearing!! Make sure & go for it as u have nothing to lose but maybe plenty to gain😉😉😉🤔🤔🤔🤔
Hey, I was scrolling down on the comments and saw this! How did the interaction end up going? That’s great he gave you a compliment and also took your needs in to consideration by holding the door for you. 👍🏼
A lot of this advice only works if the guy is gay *and* attracted to you. If a guy doesn't make eye contact, doesn't giggle when you compliment him, doesn't laugh at unfunny jokes, etc., he could still be gay but just not attracted to you.
Doesn't matter if he's gay or straight then. You lost in any case. Outside of being interested in them, I don't see how it's relevant to the relationship or should make a difference.
hey James, I personally feel that is how to tell if someone is gay, is if that are attracted to you. I think that it takes away the stereotypes and stigma amongst people who are gay. Just because someone has a high pitched voice does not indicate if someone is gay etc. media skews a specific "type" of a gay guy. But there is not type. gay means that you are a homosexual. Which in terms of a homosexual means that you are attracted to men. I appreciate your honest comment! Have a good day James. :)
Thank you. I was thinking the same thing.... just because you are attracted to someone of the same sex, does not make you "gay" unless you go to second or third base....then I would say yes.
Being the center of attention can also have drawbacks. When you go out with friends and all the guys are giving you the look can cause friendships to break it can be bad both ways trust me.Being ready all the time does have drawbacks.Sometimes you just want to do things that have nothing to do with sex. When i was in a relationship with a former ARMANI runway model i thought i was in heaven. Wrong. He was gorgeous but having been a model he had a bad cocaine addiction.Needless too say we parted.Later i was told he fled the country after he had taken a bank for 30 thousand dollars for his drug habit. His father took him to his house in Switzerland.I still have a love for him and wish him only the best.
One indication I’ve noticed from men is them drawing in very close when having a conversation, closer than normal, like close enough to hug you almost. Also subtle but maintained physical contact like standing next to you side by side for example during a presentation at work in a crowded room, just not crowded enough to explain the need for him rubbing the hairs of his arm against the hairs on your arm.
You are the biggest proof that gay life is centered about sex, sex and more sex. Then gays get angry and offended when they are told so. Mo wondered why aids spread. U hardly see comments as such between hetros.
I think another common sign is someone who is trying too hard to pass as straight and very masculine, rather than being comfortable with androgynous characteristics when around other guys. But these gays aren't going to be out even to themselves and be willing to be friends with other gays. Also men who have lots of female friends who trust them and feel like they can confide in the guy can be gay. The women may be terribly attracted to him, but he won't be showing favoritism among his female friends or hit on them. Gay men are often very protective of women, because they know what it is like to be afraid of being physically abused or being treated in an exploitative manner. For women, if they want a fun safe night out, going to a gay bar can be one of the best, most fun, and safe evenings, because everyone is usually great at dancing, but no one is going to hit on you if you are a bit tipsy.
Good points, for starters! I recall the first guy I dated I met at a party I was hosting...he was basically closeted...anyway, the very moment I laid eyes on him, I just KNEW he was gay. Hard to put into words. Probably how he looked back at me, even if it was a split second reaction. We ended up "finding out" about each other later that night and ended up seeing each other for about three months. We were both 19 then....21 years ago! Agh lol, hard to believe.
I go to Christian church and there's a guy 40 years old never been married nor has any kids...he goes to the gym and not dating any girl..my gaydar tells me he's a closeted gay guy...
how do you determine if they stare at you without staring at them back? I always worry that they are staring back because this weirdo (me) is staring at them!
That happens a lot, to be honest. I think that's something you have to consider on your own based on what you see and where you are. Eg, if you're at the gym, most likely, that guy is probably getting annoyed, and knows he's being checked out. However, other times, perhaps that guy (even at the gym) is checking you out too. I think other signs will help you determine which is happening. Like this guy mentioned in the video, if the guy smiles at you, stares at you a lot, works out next to you or sits near you at the cafe, then he surely feels something for you. If he just stares and then rolls his eyes rudely or barely looks at you after, then gets far away from you...he is probably not into you (gay or straight). Just remember, most guys (gay or straight) will seek out anyone they find attractive and once they know that the other person feels the same way, with any sex. Hopefully, some guy out there makes it easy for you. If not, then just take the time to make sure, especially if they're someone you're really close to. You don't want to lose a good friend over mixed signals.
Thats not true. I stare into another guys eyes for over 6 seconds just because I like winning staring contests. I'm like bitch ya this is awkward for me but I bet it is more awkward for u.
GUYS ASSUME I'M STRAIGHT: so, I usually stare and look up and down to make sure he knows I'm checking him out. I'm too masculine, if there is such a thing, and guys assume I'm straight and they are usually intimidated by me. I've had to learn to be very flirtatious so guys know I'm down for the cause. LOL! =0)
These tips are brilliant!! In fact, I use the first one, staring at the eyes, to get the guy I'm dating these days. I usually don't like the 'gaydar' concept because some people use stupid stereotypes, such as gender expressions. I'm glad to see more people beginning to understand that sexual orientation and gender expressions are separate things. Keep up your good work!
I think you are the only guy on youtube that talks about the most important gaydar identifier - Eye Contact! Thank you. Yes, I think it's 99.9% accurate. PS: You're so damn cute! ...and your soft-spoken voice is awesome!
I had the unfortunate experience of doing a short time in jail and was openly gay and very much respected, but I would get some periods of long eye contact. Later it'd be made known to me that they too were gay just like me. By the way all the stereotypes of what happens to gay guys in jail are completely false! hahaha
Ryan Black i have a question... If a guy goes to jail and is there for 6 or 7yrs what's the odds of him being attracted or have sex with a man. He works out a lot but I don't feel he really wants me. Most men. find me attractive..friends say it's not me It's him.. I treat him like king. But my guts tell me it's more to it than he is telling me. He is always happy with his friends. He acts like I irritate him.Hhmm thank u. Great video. I've moved on now as he didn't seem to care about anything but himself. He would say he loves me.. Wants only me. Yes he's attracted to me..but he never initiated sex. Got nipple rings..he never played with them. And they were pretty. I took them out. What was the use. 10yrs of misery..second guessing what i was doing or not doing. And to this day Still makes no sense to me. I wish he would be honest then at least i could give myself closure. I hope i don't sound crazy. It hurts to have loved a man you thought felt the same. But when? How long Was i suppose to wait. It was torture...he was angry all the time... Hated me he would say and why....i was making him comfortable. I just don't get it. Don't hate me because your lying to yourself me and everybody. Or am I thinking crazy? He is fine! All my friends told me to leave him. I know i was being manipulated. I know. He just kept turning me down and neglecting my needs. I don't know one straight man that thinks I'm not a catch. He wanted me to be there for his financial needs.. But was never really there for me. So do you think my gut was right. I know you can't really give me a definitive answer but it'll be nice to move forward with out it haunting my thoughts. P.s. I'm just as fine as he. So we should've been a happy power couple. What gives? 😣😙🙋
Angelo Bernar Tessaro Morelo I feel your pain. I may have been Japanese in another life because I, for one, don't enjoy people looking me in the eye for a prolonged period of time. I just think it's rude.
Angelo Bernar Tessaro Morelo Same I naturally do not like staring at people's eyes for a prolonged period of time when I do I see ALOT about that person I literally see into their souls my sixth sense is stronger than that of most people hence why
I have always been waaaaaaay to shy with men. If another man looks in my eyes for longer or smiles at me I will just look shocked and ignore him completely, even if I am attracted to him. That's insane, thank god I have a boyfriend (thanks internet).
I'm glad your gaydar advise didn't focus on stereotypes. Gay guys can't tell I'm gay based on my appearance or mannerisms. I need to put myself out there if I hope to meet someone to go out with.
I really like how this “how to tell if someone’s gay” video is actually a “how to tell if someone’s attracted to you” video. I’ve always joked among the friends I’ve had, that my gaydar is broken. When they tell me how theirs works, giving the tells, I always point out how the things they say are true of nongay people, as well; that it’s the reason I am baffled by their apparent accuracy. It led me to believe that anything they had to say about how their gaydar worked was actually them just trying to rationalize their intuition. This video, however, makes a very personally relevant point: the important thing for any gay person who wants to know how better to know of another gay person need only be able to recognize attraction - something which has nothing to do with sexuality Thanks, bro. Good video
you're cute, and your gaydar video was ok.....try writing down your main topics before you begin filming (to help you remember what you intend to say), and also, learn how to edit out those moments you're looking up at the ceiling, or stuttering or there's dead air. hope to see more of you soon. hugs from Dongguan City, China
A long stare is not always a reliable way to tell if someone is gay. I have been stared for my race. I have been stared for “what the hell are you doing here?” I have been stared for dressing out of place. Some people have been stared for having funny looks. Some people have been stared for being skinny, fat, short, tall... you name it. This could be the reason why some people erroneously think they are good looking.
I think the first thing to check out is who the guy is looking at. If you're out and about and and see a guy you're attracted to, observe where he looks. If he always or mostly looks at girls, he won't be attracted to you so move on. IF you see a guy who mostly or always looks at guys, the possibilities improve. Just so you don't get your hopes up too high, remember we comprise 5% to 10% of the population, including lesbians (half of the limited gay population). Sometimes the best thing is to frequent gay social groups or other gay groups that share your interests. I don't drink so I avoid the bar scene. I met my husband of 23+ years at a local gay social group's game night. Janos' ideas are great especially if you're in the right place.
OMG, I've been labeling a bunch of dudes as potential kidnappers or psychopaths! Strangers smiling at me for no apparent reason is my cue to power walk in the opposite direction.
There's a guy at work who stared at me allot in the canteen & i'm pretty sure he was taking photos/filming me on his mobile one morn. He's also passed the odd comment, one of which was i'm the "brightest thing in the room! ' when the spotlight motion detectors kicked in which put a smile on my face for rest of the day 😊 He's done his 'homework' & now addresses me by name instead of 'mate' most of the time although we work at complete opposite ends of a huge office so our interactions are infrequent. I also get very nervous around him so those interactions are very brief as I don't stay long enough to chat. Thing is, i'm still confused as i'm pretty sure he's married & I know for certain he has a daughter from his conversations I've overheard in the canteen in trying to find out more about him. We've been doing this 'dance' now for well over a yr now.
I heard LA is the "fake" capital of the world. NOT saying this to offend you, but to support your comment saying they "over do it" in LA. By over do it, do you mean the super thinned out brows, high lighted hair, super tight jeans etc...? If so I get that! Some do it here in NYC too so don't let it get to you too much LOL I don''t like my food or guys over processed! LOLOL
thank you so much for this video! im pretty sure he’s gay because he has checked me out sooo many times. i caught him for a good 10 seconds once, he was looking me down with the dreamy eyes and everything. im gonna follow these steps next time i see him check me out so thank you! edit: so he did today and i smiled at him and he smiled back!!! this shit works frfr
On that note, then I must say that you seem like a guy that I can have small talks and not worry about getting stuck or something, I wish to find a guy like you someday 😊
I have to some what disagree with you about the eye contact thing. Some people are just nice. I think it's disrespectful to talk to someone if you don't have eye to eye contact. Some people help other guys because they aren't dush bags.
Fs achman the reason why ront look in some ppls eays cause theyr either attractive ur afraid they d notice an reject u with despizing look or theyr ugly enaugh for an ur perfict type kina personality but thats jast me saying iam that way or ur. Jast way too polit cos stairi ng moor then 3sec is rud dud
Well, as we all know , there are going to be people who some may think are gay and are 100% hetero and some who think someone is hetero and end up being 100%gay , the only true way to find out if someone is gay is to ask them in an appropriate manner without making them feel offended ( regardless if they are or not ) ! profiling someone purely based on behavior/looks is never a good thing. There is no such thing as gaydar, it's just plain common sense.
OMG! THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO!👍 there is this guy in my history class, he always stares at me. when we make an eye contact and we smile at each other, I always get nervous and look away
Yesterday I was in the supermarket and there was this man, a technician in working outfit, he had this great hipster beard, big muscular body, we looked each other in the eye...I got shy, I looked againg, he too, but I couldnt believe he could be gay...I walked home, and he walked the same way... I'm kind of reserved to talk to a stranger outside, just like that :-(
If your a married straight man and another woman stares at you, what do you do? If you love your wife you smile for the compliment, but don't hold the stair, if you do, your a flirt or worse. Same for gay men. I pretend to not see the stair, I am not interested and happy with my spouse, problem averted. Even when single can help to not have someone hit on you, where you have to spend time not hurting their feeling, and still they will trash you behind your back.
What your referring to is animal magnetism where someone finds you mesmerising and vice versa. The only problem is sometimes the other person is unsure and it can anger them that they feel you are stirring up emotions they are wrestling with. As an Alpha Male i enjoy the chase and capture only when i know it is what they want.By the way you are very handsome Janos.
I am still alone cause i miss read the signs ... i dont know how to read them .. whenever i saw someone starrin i got confused scare.. noxious... most of the times my friends keeps tellin me that there were many starrin at u .. but i just read it as there must be something wrrong with me ... or the way i look ... gosh i hate that :(
Haitam Bakkali I get anxious when people look at me because i’ve got this curly hair and prople would be like look at me all weird i think it’s either cause of my hair or they’re confused if im a boy or girl
Sometimes when someone stare at you it could be your remind them of someone or they find something very strange about you, in some cases it is not always attraction...
I'm attracted to someone and he always laughs a little too long and he looks at me and then puts his head down! Weird thing is, I always notice him look around to see if anyone is looking when we talk! He's cute but too darn insecure!
I seem to have pretty good gaydar. Of course, the disgusted look gay guys get when they see me is the best indication. Straight men tend not to be so superficial towards other men.
Thanks for your wisdom and sharing. I've been afraid of the stare because it could actually mean they hate gays and have summed me up since I am very openly gay. I've experienced both attraction and hate stares which were not very different (both blank). One could be an awesome connection with a great guy and the other could be disastrous where I end up fighting a homophobe with a chip on his shoulders. Be careful, be safe; just sayin.
I like your ceiling light fixture, but the way you're standing in front of it, it looks like you're wearing either Flash Gordon's SciFi head gear or a stadium beer helmet.
You are a VERY handsome guy, I would not think you were gay if you didn't make this video. I am gay also most people can't tell I am gay unless they REALY know me. Some guys you can't tell. I agree with what your saying though even though some people comments are against what your saying. Dang the more I listen and watch you the more I wish I knew you....again dude your gorgeous....
I can say it doesn't work 😂 I always smile to people and look at them in the eye when I talk to them regardless of sexual orientation or gender and have a 'sensitive' funny bone so I giggle and laugh a lot... Doesn't quite mean I'm attracted to everyone I meet... Your 'it actually works' probably comes from the fact that guys find you attractive anyways and wanted to talk to you and probably are nervous because they think they don't stand a chance when eventually turns out they did...
I'm so mad at myself a guy that was having eye contact with me for a year tried to talk to me... But I run away I was shy and I was scared of people's reaction (I live in a homophobic country) now he doesn't look at me and I like him 😢
While I can respect your honest attempt at this, I'd bet you know someone personally who has the qualities, traits, or mannerisms you describe and who are still straight. A person is not gay simply because they are attracted to you. Some of the things you mention like "eye contact" doesn't mean they're gay any more than does not maintaining eye contact mean they're lying. You may as well tell everyone that having hairy knuckles is the first sign of gayness, and looking for hair on your knuckles is the second sign. Here's the problem with what you're saying. The signs you mention mean they are interested in you, not that they're gay.
I'm gay and 12 I finally learned that God doesn't even judge you people think stupid things because of something in the bible that is all about perspective
Gay, bi or bicurious....there's something that even if a guy is good looking and he is all flirty with you, you don't really know what he wants, you have this feeling you don't like him or he is probably not your TYPE even if he has this look.
When a young dark man is so handsome that he gives the impression of being a beautiful darkened angel, even a fallen one, sent from heaven above, maybe he has a beautiful voice, he might just sing some notes, you can be pretty sure that he is very gay indeed. 🖤😀
+ Quedeville Antoine - Most closet gays have a wife, children and often many girlfriends too. They all need social shields. Bisexual men go for both sexes. A young man who likes older ladies often that way inclined. I've never seen a president clings to another president like Macron to Trump. It's just weird. It should not matter whether Macron is gay, so long that he is a good president.
Ok handsome, wright every-thing down next time. Nevertheless I enjoyed your video. I never can tell if a guy is gay or not. It's shows, I've been single for 6 years. I say I'm single due to the fact I own my own business and work 24/7. Again, enjoyed your video. Preston Higgins
Mr Higgins. You are handsome as mate. I year ago you wrote this. Maybe you will write back and say hello. Im from Australia btw. Would definitely like to say hello👍
I used to work at a small company ..I'm str8 acting looking and not fem etc.. Yet he's str8 but he asked me if I was gay...and no he is str8 with wife and a kid but he he has great gaydar and knew that I was gay
The shiny silver gaydar sensors sticking out of your head distracted me a bit.
AECSRQ hahahahahahaahahaha
Lol.. i didnt get it at first... the light fixture.. hahaha
lmao
exactly
lol
i'm gay and I never stare at guys. I'm very hyper aware of how it makes other guys feel. A quick glance every now and then will suffice.
Staring somebody for 5-6 seconds doesn't always determine attraction, so I'm glad you said "usually".
5 - 6 seconds? That's fucking creepy.
Staring for 5 to 6 seconds without talking between 2 guys either means 1 of 2 things providing you have no abnormalities or food all over your face. Don't hit on cute guys that are working they are paid to be nice. And your going to read into more then you should.

I'm a girl and I've noticed guys who were attracted to me act this way. However, would a gay guy act like this toward a girl? Or is he more likely Bi?
A couple of years ago on the bus to work a lot of guys were giving me the stare. When i got to work i realized i had pigeon shit on the back of my shoulder! They were probably saying "I cant believe that gay guy doesnt know he's got shit on his jacket".
@@davidbergman9901 lmao this made my day
The scent of their back??
The "stare" is honestly so freaking true. When they look into your freaking soul, but at the same time show absolutely no facial expressions or emotion hahaha.
you ever think they stare because your fat,,dress like a slob,,you have b.o,,your teeth are yellow,,you have a camel toe or muffin top,,or you spit when you talk?? or they hear your name and are thinking wtf?
TayTay BeyNippy OKAY THAT IS FUCKING ME lmao I'm filing a copyright
john Duran stop
It makes me so nervous, I honestly melt inside :'3
We Scorpio's are known for our deep stare.
Smoovey
After that....
Smoovey waiting
Finish the history 👍
Hey, I was scrolling down on the comments and saw this! How did the interaction end up going? That’s great he gave you a compliment and also took your needs in to consideration by holding the door for you. 👍🏼
A lot of this advice only works if the guy is gay *and* attracted to you. If a guy doesn't make eye contact, doesn't giggle when you compliment him, doesn't laugh at unfunny jokes, etc., he could still be gay but just not attracted to you.
That's why gaydar is a myth unless your totally in your face flamboyant it's hard to tell.
Doesn't matter if he's gay or straight then. You lost in any case. Outside of being interested in them, I don't see how it's relevant to the relationship or should make a difference.
I'm horrendous at holding a stare .. I get ultra embarrassed!

101janos that's a talent I wanna learn ❤️
Ary xoxo yea and it's a nice trait
Yes, a sign that he is gay.
Phil H pretty much so
This isn't "is that guy gay?" It's "is that guy attracted to me?"
hey James, I personally feel that is how to tell if someone is gay, is if that are attracted to you.
James Watson lol
This is the only one of these videos worth watching or sharing. I cannot understate how correct this video is! And it's apparently helping me out lol
You should've made this video shirtless.
No clothing and a happy ending.

I would add the "looking back" after passing a guy. If you find you're both looking back at each other, you've stroke gold!
I always worry that they are staring back because this weirdo (me) is staring at them!
attlee2010 please read my passage it is about this boy. that likes me i think. pleassssssssseeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
attlee2010 i liked your passage
Hahahahahaha this happens to me
That happens a lot, to be honest.
Wtf is a passage lmao..
my gaydar is so bad i fall in love with straight guys. my best friend is straight and has a more profound gaydar than I do, but all gaya go to him....
Thats not true. I stare into another guys eyes for over 6 seconds just because I like winning staring contests. I'm like bitch ya this is awkward for me but I bet it is more awkward for u.
Justin Casar he’s saying if you state and they state and y’all smile
Finding out if a guy is gay is one thing but finding out if he likes you and want to pursue you is another?
Mr Miss you can normally tell when they run around a room in a fey way with a high pitched voice saying "chase me, chase me"
j0nnyism omg I can't stop laughing over this
Mr Miss well if the guy likes you another guy then he's gay
By the way all the stereotypes of what happens to gay guys in jail are completely false! hahaha
Ryan Black well that's an interesting life experience. I've always wanted to go to jail for some time just to know what it's like.
What gives? 😣😙🙋
Aus Alahmad wtf
Eye contact is everything. Without eye contact there is nothing.
This guy would mesmerize me with his eyes I would never be able to talk to him.
I can relate to some straight people. Most of them can’t understand why we’re attracted to guys, I can’t understand how they aren’t.
Dude, guys like you get stared at all day every day. By everyone!! But I do agree.
the sad thing is i never fall in the gaydar of the other guys. so no one tries to make eye contact with me.
Angelo Bernar Tessaro Morelo
👀 lol
I dont think that is the reason. Most gays stare at guys they wanna attract. You need to stare too
I have always been waaaaaaay to shy with men. If another man looks in my eyes for longer or smiles at me I will just look shocked and ignore him completely, even if I am attracted to him. That's insane, thank god I have a boyfriend (thanks internet).
The stare requires a person has higher self-esteem and is confident with this. Most often people are not.
This video, however, makes a very personally relevant point: the important thing for any gay person who wants to know how better to know of another gay person need only be able to recognize attraction - something which has nothing to do with sexuality
Thanks, bro. Good video
Another way you can tell a guy is gay is if they have a well ordered neat wardrobe !
Yours is just wonderful !
you're cute, and your gaydar video was ok.....try writing down your main topics before you begin filming (to help you remember what you intend to say), and also, learn how to edit out those moments you're looking up at the ceiling, or stuttering or there's dead air. hope to see more of you soon. hugs from Dongguan City, China
The holding stare is the king of gaydar.
I get stared at a lot at the gym; especially one guy.
I struggle with signs in gym... Idk if it is a straight guy intimidation stare, or they are pissed, 'mirin, or enjoy the attention.
Well ask him out!

Wanting validation or admiration! So cute. Wish they wouldn't though, I'm too cooperative those teasers.
OMG, I've been labeling a bunch of dudes as potential kidnappers or psychopaths! Strangers smiling at me for no apparent reason is my cue to power walk in the opposite direction.
Even if the other person likes you, they won't hold the stare. Most ppl are too embarrassed to hold a stare. Usually they turn away after a few secs.
There's a guy at work who stared at me allot in the canteen & i'm pretty sure he was taking photos/filming me on his mobile one morn. He's also passed the odd comment, one of which was i'm the "brightest thing in the room! ' when the spotlight motion detectors kicked in which put a smile on my face for rest of the day 😊
He's done his 'homework' & now addresses me by name instead of 'mate' most of the time although we work at complete opposite ends of a huge office so our interactions are infrequent.
If a guy stared at you in my town it's usually because he is after a fight .
Rob Watts 😂 lmfao
It's super easy to tell someone is gay here in LA, they over do it, it's quite ridiculous
LOLOL
jake real nah no offense taken lol
thank you so much for this video! im pretty sure he’s gay because he has checked me out sooo many times. i caught him for a good 10 seconds once, he was looking me down with the dreamy eyes and everything. im gonna follow these steps next time i see him check me out so thank you!
edit: so he did today and i smiled at him and he smiled back!!! this shit works frfr
Right exactly what I was thinking. I'm just a friendly person and try to make conversation with everyone if they're receptive.
Yeah I don't think it means much and as a gay guy I do the contrary and have a hard time to look at the person if I find them extremely attractive.
Yeah your right but I don't know why for me it's kind of hard at times to stare someone in the eye
kenny s you spelled "douche" bag wrongs

Well, as we all know , there are going to be people who some may think are gay and are 100% hetero and some who think someone is hetero and end up being 100%gay , the only true way to find out if someone is gay is to ask them in an appropriate manner without making them feel offended ( regardless if they are or not ) ! profiling someone purely based on behavior/looks is never a good thing. There is no such thing as gaydar, it's just plain common sense.
@sina yyy oof
OMG! THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO!👍 there is this guy in my history class, he always stares at me. when we make an eye contact and we smile at each other, I always get nervous and look away
Hey this is Evan from 1011janos account. Did anything come of it? Are you guys dating or anything?
I am gay and proud of it
THE HELL? I’m more confused now than I was before I watched this video! Damn it man!
"don't smile to hard, that will make them jump" hahaha
Yep ! That's the true true 👍🏼
Thank you, Janos, for the insight 😊

The eyes have it. Its all in the eyes.
I'm attracted to someone and he always laughs a little too long and he looks at me and then puts his head down! Weird thing is, I always notice him look around to see if anyone is looking when we talk! He's cute but too darn insecure!
A noticable "gulp swallow" when they're slightly nervous. And if someone is "Hot & cold" with you.
this makes sense nice video
that was awesome a lot of people need that advice thanks for sharing it with us all but I'm pretty good at it.
You're so handsome and your voice is so melodious, it just feels good :)
You have a beautiful presence. I wish I had a straight man who had such a beautiful personality.
Many of these observations are affected by the situation too. That's very very important.
Involuntary bodly reactions too attraction: the pupils will diolate, the ear lobs/ sides of the nose will go flush, the person will touch their hair
I can say it doesn't work 😂 I always smile to people and look at them in the eye when I talk to them regardless of sexual orientation or gender and have a 'sensitive' funny bone so I giggle and laugh a lot... Doesn't quite mean I'm attracted to everyone I meet... Your 'it actually works' probably comes from the fact that guys find you attractive anyways and wanted to talk to you and probably are nervous because they think they don't stand a chance when eventually turns out they did...
gay...gay...gay...mine went off.
I'm so mad at myself a guy that was having eye contact with me for a year tried to talk to me... But I run away I was shy and I was scared of people's reaction (I live in a homophobic country) now he doesn't look at me and I like him 😢
Great video! I have found that if a guy holds your stare and then smiles, the odds are that he is gay and interested in meeting you. Johnny 🌈
You are extremely photogenic and very calm to listen to. Love it!
+101janos thats a REALLY nice sweater! : l : ) : D

Gay, bi or bicurious....there's something that even if a guy is good looking and he is all flirty with you, you don't really know what he wants, you have this feeling you don't like him or he is probably not your TYPE even if he has this look.
Thank you for making this video.
When a young dark man is so handsome that he gives the impression of being a beautiful darkened angel, even a fallen one, sent from heaven above, maybe he has a beautiful voice, he might just sing some notes, you can be pretty sure that he is very gay indeed. 🖤😀
Can you tell if the French President Macron is gay?
the real question
He has a wife... So probably not. She was her teacher in high school I think
That's exactly why I added probably, but you're onto something there, Macron sticks to Trump in a weird way and I never realized it could be why. :D
+My Lord If it doesn't matter then why did you ask?
well yeah, of course that works for you because you're handsome, but what about if you're ugly and the gay guys dont even start staring...
