The most important thing with large wing uprights is not if they’re straight with the body lines of the car but whether they’re parallel and at the correct distance apart from each other. If that’s right then everything else is good. Just because they’re straight doesn’t mean they’re in the right spots. Build a temporary spacer that you can mount both uprights to and it’s much easier to get them in the right spot and orientation and since they’re stuck to each other it’s even quicker. It’s much easier to see if it’s out with a giant sacrificial board connecting the two.
It is completely adjustable. Whatever speed or wing angle you desire can be set up. It has three settings to change the angle of attack and it has a g-force meter that allows you to set what level must be triggered for the air brake to kick in. You can also set a speed for it to flatten out to minimal drag for straight aways or drag racing situations.

What about the extra weight on the trunk and having it slam shut so fast. Could even catch a finger,
I actually shut the trunk by holding the wing. It is way out of balance but I don’t slam it. I close it and then push it to fully close it.
