Would you recommend cleaning leaves with just water, water and a bit of dish soap or added vinegar or peroxide or neem (the later few to prevent pest)?
I’ve heard good things about all for leaves except for peroxide. But just because I haven’t heard of that treatment, doesn’t mean it’s not a good one. :)

What do u mean about hydrated roots? Like how would I water then fertilise? Do you mean soak the soil and then immediately add water that containing fertiliser? Or do I water, then wait a couple days and then water if with water that contains fertliser? I'm scared that if I water and then a couple mins after I add more water+fertiliser in it that I'll drown my plant. Pls explain thank u
I found an organic Monstera fertilizer from The Grow Co on Amazon that I ordered. It is a 3-1-2 ratio (N-P-PO) and recommends adding every other watering. Would you recommend following those instructions still, but at half dose like you said in the video? Every other watering sounds excessive compared to the research I've done so far, especially since you mentioned that they work slower and for longer than synthetic.
So true. Flushing soil helps wash salts and minerals out. White rings on pots and soil are the accumulative salts. They will prevent plant absorb water and eventually burn leaves. Potassium, calcium, phosphorus are positive charge and they stick to a negative charge soil. That’s why we need to fertilizer with these less. Also nitrate is negative charge. Every time we water with nitrogen it doesn’t stick to soil. Plant takes in and the rest of it runs through.
hi. Jade is succulent type of plant. I was successfull with the cuttings that was given to me. I waited for at least 3 days for the tips to callus before I planted it to succulent soil mixed with perlite ( like 1:1 ratio). Did not water until a week after. Happy planting
I bought a philodendron Gloriosum in October. It came in a 4” pot and is pretty large with 5 leaves. I planned on repotting it in the spring however it is pushing out a new leaf. Should I wait to repot it to do it now?
I need help, I have a salix caprea aka a weeping willow in my house that I’ve had for some time, it’s quite huge..lastnight I think I murdered it. I don’t know WHAT or WHY I would do this, it happened so fast. I had a small spray bottle that I mixed a solution up (alcohol, dish soap, and mostly water) I unscrewed the nozzle and used that to water my weeping willow. Like I said I had a crazy moment and not sure why I did that. The second I did it I just knew it was the spray bottle with the solution. I panicked and took the tree in the shower and started rinsing and ringing out the soil like a sponge. I only used a drop of dish soap but oh my did it make a lot of soap! I’m so lost and scared I really did kill my beautiful tree 😢😢😢
One time, I accidentally sprayed some of my plants and their soil with carpet cleaner. I got rid of the soil, washed off the plant, repotted and all of them were ok! I would recommend using new soil. If you’ve already done that, they should be ok. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I only use worm castings in all my houseplants. I’ve never had to worry about over fertilizing. Worm castings are a great organic fertilizer.

Hi. I have a cutting of a 70 year old jade plant. How do I take care of it? It would be so sad to let this perish. Help…….Please!!

I use water taken out of a fish tank after a water change to water the plants, no need for fertiliser.

Personally, I’d wait for the new leaf to emerge to repot, that way it won’t kill off the developing leaf bc of shock
If it’s still pushing out new growth, waiting until spring should be fine.
