How to get the Furious Cocktail Achievement [Hardcore Minecraft #4][1.16.1]

Hello, and welcome to another episode of Hardcore Minecraft Endgame!
Today, we will be completing the "Furious Cocktail" Achievement in Hardcore mode! The required effects (and their recipes) are -
Resistance - Beacon (Level 2 at least)
Regeneration - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Ghast Tear
Strength - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Blaze Powder
Jump Boost - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Rabbit's Foot
Night Vision - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Golden Carrot
Invisibility - Potion of Night Vision + Fermented Spider Eye
Poison - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Spider Eye
Fire Resistance - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Magma Cream
Water Breathing - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Pufferfish
Weakness - Water Bottle + Fermented Spider Eye
Speed - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Sugar
Slowness - Potion of Swiftness (Speed) + Fermented Spider Eye
Slow Falling - Water Bottle + Nether Wart + Phantom Membrane
With all of these, you should get the Furious Cocktail Achievement!

Will turtle master count for the resistance and slowness?

Yup! Turtle master potions can be used if you have access to scutes. I was finding it difficult to get scutes so I decided to go for potions and golden apples

Nope. Any level of resistance will work.

How did you do it without levitation or the dolphin?

Those effects are needed for the hidden achievement that comes after this one, called "How Did We Get Here?". That needs 26 effects IIRC, which includes Levitation and Dolphin's Grace

Apart from Haste, all the other 5 beacon effects are required for the achievement, so if you have a multi-beacon setup, you can use that for those 5 effects
