Hey buddy. Great video. I've got my Raptor's on Ebay and spent about $375.00 in two tintable kits (8 bottles). I need to do some metal works on the Montero 1996, but I am sure it will look amazing. Nice work.
Only thing I would add to this, buy 2x 4 liter kits that each comes with a spray gun. The guns could fail or if you are doing 2 different colors it's nice having an extra. The 2 4L kits cost the same cost the same as the 8L kit.
Hello. I did my tacoma recently in dark battleship grey and black. Came out nice. But at some point, I might respray to fix the minor mistakes I made (which only I notice, but I can’t NOT see them). When you resprayed, did you sand or just red pad scuff the surface of the Raptor to prepare it?
Good review! I’m thinking about using that for the interior surfaces of my Bronco (still conventional paint for the body). I want something durable but probably don’t need Rhino Liner.
How long does it take to harden up enough to start pulling masking off? I've always pulled taped off areas when the paint was still a little soft so it wouldn't chip. Is this stuff the same way or do you let it cure all the way before you touch anything? Good video, thanks.
Great question and really meant to discuss that. Because it's polyurethane based all I have to do is pressure wash it and all mud slides right off. I've never had to scrub it or use anything but the pressure washer. It also does not stain. I've had that one asked a lot.
Great video! Think I wanna do the gx military green. Good info for when I get that going!
Thanks for the heads up on Raptor lining. Can't wait to do my ZJ

Would be perfect for that application of the interior.

It's drys really quick. I start pulling tape about 2 hours after painting it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Great job! How do you wash it? Does a wash mit and car soap do a good job?

@@VentureUnknown do you use any soap, or just water?
