Can you at least put some effort into your videos and correct when colors are flashing, or when a color is obviously wrong.
And for the love of God pick better music and turn it down....
This was incredibly ahead of its time
Some complex effects, editing, keying and fireworks. But I don't understand the plot 😞
I like playing this film before watching a film like Nosferatu or Cabinet of Dr. Caligari around Halloween. This will definitely be my go to version of the film. Bravo!!
It's 6.50 am Christmas Eve and I just came across this .
I absolutely enjoyed it. For it's age the effects are amazing .
I believe the first piece of music was the Ritual Fire Dance. (I think ) either way it went very well with the film .
You have done a fantastic job colourising and restoring it.
Just to add it was more entertaining than a lot of the tripe on TV .
Happy Christmas 😃🇬🇧
I wonder if he is stuck in this play for all eternity 🤔
I must salute you for this masterpiece. The hand colorizing is amazing and I know from experience how hard it’s to colorize each single frame. It takes time, patience, artistic skills, and above all utmost dedication. Superb results!
The RUclips guy didn't hand-colour it, the filmmaker did, back in 1907!
Was it hand-colored, or was it early two-strip process? I can't imagine coloring in those fires by hand. The detail is so perfect. I wouldn't be surprised if it was two-strip.
That dude needs to change his diet and get in the gym.
I can assure you he is not fat anymore
He does look a bit under-weight
The world's new playground: SFX. Your beautiful work makes history breath again.
Do you have the videos of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem?
So many cool special effects/visuals! Watched it with a smile on my face the entire time.
1st like
Em pleno 1907 ..já tinha essa tecnologia
Special effects are amazing! Ahead of its time when you think this was 1907. Good work on colorization also! I enjoyed it very much.
It's mind blowing knowing they did this in the year 1907 with very limited technology at that time
Amazing restoration. The song is more specifically “Danza Ritual del Fuego”, which was part of the ballet. The leading lady does the Ritual Fire Dance to get rid of her ghost husband. The piano version is incredible.
One of the first Hollywood films.
Very, very cool!!!
The effects are very impressive
Holy shit this is creepy as fuck
the new clarity kind of ruins this
Thank you. Un abrazo desde España.
dayı yanan harlı meşaleyi niye öyle atıyon ya yakacan her yeri dümbük
Very sturdy ladies.
You know what, it’s kind of old.
Beautiful and important work thank you
Is the gent skully with the boxes in reverse
Those "special effects" were mindblowing at the time, people would get legit scared in the early cinemas watching that body bag burn, they tought it was magic
Me ha encantado! viva Segundo de Chomón!
*Does he beat Goku?!!!😱😫🔥🔥*

Well, I have no idea how they did the ladies in the bottles. Mirrors probably.
Etkileyici ve güzeldi. 2907 yılı olmasın😊
This video was made before several historical events. 👏
Enthralling! This one will be sticking with me.
Spooky. Well presented.
Huh, interesting, I think an adaptation of this as a magician live performance would be brilliant
How Satanic is that !
60fps is too fast. Film is 24fps.
I saw this in a museum - mesmerizing
What is the moral of this story?

Part of this film is drawn into the music video by Ringside, "Money." The song "Money" was part of the soundtrack from the Steven Soderbergh film, "Magic Mike."
This brings the scenery more to life. 👏
There isn't the beginning and the final of the film...

116 ans plus tard… Impressionnant comment le temps passe si vite!
A very enjoyable film , the spectre is great .
WOW,IM SPEECHLESS IN A GREAT WAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Segundo De Chomon was an absolute genius
Horror is the oldest genre in cinema history
Un bijou sauvé de la destruction.
Reminds me of igor stravinsky
Beautiful restoration work on this short film-it’s all over you tube and this is the best version of it hands down-high definition.
This is truly a gift.
Such a cute 🐕
Wow! Incredible!
I think I better pray...
The 19th century ended at midnight on December 31, 1900 (there was no year Zero), so a film produced in 1900 is still technically the 19th century. But if 1907 is squeezed into a channel devoted to 19th century film, where's the cutoff? 1902? 1909? 1963? Sorry to sound didactic, but...
Just showing off the new tech! Which is what a lot of early films were like. Just like... DUDE, LOOK WHAT WE CAN DO WITH FILM! THIS IS NUTS, MAN!
What am I looking at? A devil turns a girl into a giant spliff? Wtf?
All dead and forgotten for 100 years.
What AI API are you using? I'm a programmer and I want to improve the process. I've seen one project made in Python, but it doesn't do a good job and it takes too long to process.
