The fact that none of Josh's friends were surprised or upset and lowkey supportive made me feel much better on how much i eat. I'm sure alot of overweight people can relate to being bullied in school for eating too much. I had a figure but never noticed it until college when I gained confidence in my body and then Rona helped me lose it. I feel uncomfortable eating around people but for such a fun video, it actually made me a much more confident eater of foods. Thx Josh!!!

As someone who recently broke these eating habits and lost 30 pounds and counting, this is both torturous, and amazing to watch at the same time! I don’t have to eat junk food anymore, I can watch other people do it, and feel the satisfaction!!
as somebody who used to be overweight I can excuse that, it takes a lot to lose those weights but so easy to revert back, so him just getting small bites of the sweets and most likely share with his family is sensible, except the pizza though, u always finish a whole pizza

@@Nonyah123 loose skin all depends on your body type. I never really had too much of it, but I did have a decent amount of muscle mass prior to starting losing it I'm 6'2 and have always been active, just stopped overeating and switched to drinking only water and coffee.
