Celebrate National Vinyl Record Day on August 12 and take a step back in time to enjoy the classic sound of vinyl. This day has been around since 2014 when it was created to celebrate the historic medium of vinyl records, which have been used for decades for music lovers everywhere. Not only does this day pay homage to its roots, but it also helps bring attention to the current resurgence of interest in listening to vinyl records!
How to Celebrate National Vinyl Record Day
1. Listen to your favorite vinyl record
Take the time to pull out that record you’ve been meaning to listen to and give it a spin. Don’t forget to take note of the artwork and liner notes.
2. Have a vinyl listening party
Invite your friends over for a night of music listening. Take turns choosing records and learning about each other’s favorites.
3. Join or host a vinyl swap meet
Look around your town for an event like this, or better yet host one yourself! You can exchange records with your friends or find new ones from strangers.
4. Go record shopping

Happy Sunday and Happy Weekend . Love records and still have some records have atleast 15 to 25 record albums ! But I got them at thrift stores !I have audio tapes like 10 to 15 audio tapes and a whole bunch of CDS ! I got them all at thrift stores plus a CD Boom box !

Cool video Trish. Happy National Vinyl Records Day! I just went to a record show in July that comes to town every few months. I cherish all of the vinyl that I have. CDs sound great but there's nothing like a vinyl record.
you are 100% right about the sound and quailty of vinyl its the best my son has a wide
collection of vinyl records he also has the Beatles thanks for the links to the young couples
