I just followed this exactly except the BB thickener. I used mouse. I believe I lost the crown lift. I have to say my hair has NEVER looked so good. I am practicing for my sons wedding and it is perfection. Thank you. Must must must get thickening spray tonight!!! Fantastic video. Easy to follow.

Hi Kate. Great video and its always useful to find out about new products. I`ve just purchased a `deep wave` crimping iron to get big wavy hair. I can get the bottom layers looking good but I can`t get the top layers to look good. it always looks a little `funky` near the roots at the parting. I`ve also got a blunt, straight fringe and I can`t work out how to blend it in. Any ideas? Any chance you could have a play with one?

I love your tutorials and this is the perfect style for my taste. However, I was wondering if you would ever get the opportunity to do a tutorial on someone who has a different hair texture than you? My hair doesn’t look like yours when it’s done blow drying, even if I round brush it, and I would love to see how o accomplish a similar look.

Product can't really regrow hair (except Rogaine, which is temporary). It's an inside job. Work on your adrenals, stress, and inflammation. Good luck!

I’m so uncoordinated when I try to do this. I get confused which direction my curling iron needs to go. Also I’m scared of burning myself doing the back of my hair. I don’t have long hair like you. My hair is just a little past my chin. Not once has my hair ever looked good when I’ve done this. In my case practice doesn’t make perfect😫

I've discovered after watching Kate and taking her advice for many many years, she doesn't have the knowledge about a lot of things like she portrays. Have talked with a few stylists with much more experience than her and she wayyy overdoes it on the products causing damage to hair. Be careful!
