I love these numbers. Thank you so much. I haven't read through the comments just yet but I'm reacting to that list price to sell and what he was saying about how real estate is. Real estate is also striated. I'm wondering how these percentage numbers differ based on the price / tier of the house.
Thanks for watching Mark-Christian! Things will shift as the price points increases. Typically in higher price points the margins are larger so the negotiated benefits typically more extreme than the Median Price point.

I wish I had been more knowledgeable cut down on the anxiety! I was telling someone that they need an approval letter from the bank before starting. She didn't know. So people need to be informed.

Great update, thanks for sharing. With low inventory, home affordability is going to continue to he difficult for middle class until current homeowners see an interest rate that they believe is acceptable enough to leave their current 3-5% rate. May not happen this year but curious to see what the summer brings as the fed potentially plans to pause on raising the fed funds rate following their May 2023 meeting.

The cost of living has gone up in Georgia, unless someone has family or a job, what would be the benefit of moving to GA. Its become very populated. I wish people would stop moving to this state, especially people from PA and CA.
