@@Twallrion I dare say. You can probably pick them up cheap via aliexpress/eBay,wish etc direct from China. Badge engineered. This one came from “The Reject Shop” in Australia. Yes I’m surprised they still call it that but Australia is trying to maintain a sense of humour.
@@thefakemaker thanks! Yeah I have noticed the same thing when I opened a old drill from Aldis years back, after some research it came back to some catalogue you could order your brand from. Thanks for the video, I just bought one today from a store like the reject store, I do understand why it was rejected tho. The output wattage also doesn't seem to be correct btw. I'm from Europe btw, pretty funny to see that same B "brands"
I am from the Netherlands and have one like these and find it trash. It doesn't meld the soldering that easy, it takes a lot of time and when it finally melt then it doesn't stick to the wires. I think that the voltage ⚡ is too low to function well. I need to buy a more expensive and better one.
Fo some reason the algoritm has removed my comment twice. All because I said that the thing worked 3 times for me and now just gives an eternal flashing red LED no matter how long I charge it. It just keeps flashing the red LED, never heats up, then shuts down.
Then I went on a rant on how on earth do these things receive EU QA labels, that the whole thing is part of the great garbage racket. That people buy this, use it 3 times, realize they've been had, throw it in the bin, bin content gets shipped to Bangladesh to be dumped there, shop gets flooded with more cheap dodgy crap. Meanwhil they charge us $1 for a plastic bag to 'save the planet'.
It's a racket. A Great Garbage racket, while they are feeding us the "save the planet" agitprop they have been producing '''goods" (bads would fit better) made to be bought and dumped, and people wil return to buy again because of financial pressure. Meanwhile only the rich can afford quality and goods, the unwashed masses have to do with intentionally badly made stuff like this as a demoralizing humiliation ritual.
Hell, that was a good start, smashed it onto the table.
you are a soldering master 😛
Thanks
Hello! I used it for 5 minutes and now the red & white leds flashing and then turns itself off, what can be wrong?
Dodgy battery perhaps. Maybe look up the symptoms but look for “Parkside”.
@@thefakemakerjust curious, I think Parkside is mainly sold by Lidl and Ferm by a home Depot store here, are those just branded oem models?

It looks the same as the parkside.
And the only thing better than free tools is cordless free tools.
Y la température como la bajo

Shadow axed yet? Should have seen the red flag, the USB charger. They often hide it on the box.
