      I think we should send him a new saw blade. Why not use a nice 2x8 and paint it up? I like the flexbed but want the wood additions to look as nice as the rest of the truck. I will also put rubber on the ends to avoid rubbing.

    I saw a Mav with board like that but they had rubber caps on the end of each board. Has anyone seen where to get those?

    If the board gets wet, does it expand and cause damage? Thanks for the great video!

      Highly unlikely but you could paint/coat if that's a concern.

    Next time butt your skilsaw up against a speed square. Safer for your hands and easier to cut straight!
