CHICKEN MARRINATION:
cut the chicken into medium size cubes and add 2 tbl spoon kashmiri chilly powder 1 and half spoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tble spoon black slat or regular salt, 1 tbl spoon coriander powder, 1 tbl spoon kasthoori methi, quarter tea spoon turmeric powder, 1 lemon juice,1 cup thick yogurt, 1 tbl spoon garam masala powder and mix them all together well and keep it for resting for two hrs . then grill them in a pan for 4 mins each side
HOW TO MAKE GRAVY:
put the pan in a stove and add two tbl spoon of ghee then add 75 gms of ginger and garlic, when it turn slightly brown add roughly chopped one onion and immediately put salt as well, along with it . once the onion get bit brown add roughly chopped 3 ripped tomato and mix them well. after a while put the spices as follows... 2 tbl spoon Kashmiri chilly powder, 1 tbl spoon coriander powder, quarter tea spoon turmeric, 1 tbl spoon garam masala saute it in the pan until the raw flavor of the spices is gone. then add half litter of water and 150 gms of cashew nut then cook them for 7 mins. once its cooked blend the sauce with a hand blender or with mixy until it become fine smooth consistency. then add 1 and half spoon of kashthoori methi, half litter cooking cream and once its boiled add the grilled chicken and cover it and cook for another 10 to15 mins.. remove it a bowl and garnish it with butter, cream, and coriander leaves.. enjoy it with your friends and family
