THE HOBBIT AND A GAME OF THRONES ARE MAGNIFICENT JUST DO IT WOMAN. I'm on the third Song of Ice and Fire book and can I just sayyyyy, they are HELLA good. So far each book is better than the last!
padfootandprongs07 In my opinion the Hobbit was kind of a bit boring but a totally agree with A song of ice and fire .... this series is just amazeballs :D
ITS A BOOK ABOUT CANCER BUT ITS TOTALLY NOT ABOUT CANCER, REGAN!! I adore TFIOS and honestly I think you will too, I laugh through it more than I cry through it and I love the way the characters look at things. If you like contemporary you will love TFIOS, cancer and all.
+Beck R. Divergent was alright, but I didn't like Insurgent that much, but everybody LOVED the series, so I tried Allegiant too, and I got through it, but I liked it even less ...
I adore high fantasy! It's my absolute favorite genre to read, haha. You're one of the only BookTubers I've stumbled across so far that really, really likes the genre.
I totally agree with the whole contemporary sadness thing. I have read TFIOS but I don't know if I could ever re-read it. Don't let that stop you though, it's a beautiful book.
the fault in our stars wont take you long. its a pretty easy read and theres not a lot of text on the pages. i honestly found it pretty overrated, probably because it was so hyped up. i didn't really like the personalities of hazel and augustus; they just seemed so pretentious and angsty. i probably would have liked it a lot more if i read it when i was in high school though.
Great list! I'm totally going to make one of these. I'm reading A Clash of Kings (the sequel to Game of Thrones) right now but I've seen every episode of the GOT show and LOVE IT. It's probably my favorite current show. Normally I'm a staunch book-before-film-or-TV-series person but A Song of Ice and Fire is my exception to the rule. I plan to keep pace with the show, reading each book after each corresponding season. If you're at all apprehensive about starting the books, I highly recommend watching the first season of GOT first.
Honestly, the hobbit was more of a struggle to get through than the entire LOTR series for me... I think because it is a children's book and the action seemed less exciting somehow and also I love dragons and didn't want Smaug to be evil lol. But you've GOT to read the GoT books :o
I'm finding it kinda relieving and kinda disturbing at the same time that only one, ONE of my favourite booktubers talks about Tolkien... And admits in shame she hasn't read anything by him yet. I simply love you for it. Seriously. Thank you. Thank you. Faith in bookish people restored.
don't feel bad...because i TECHNICALLY haven't finished mockingjay because i was majorly spoiled while I was reading Catching Fire. I also have the entire Game of Thrones series and UGH so intimidating and I love big books. You are not alone girl!
interesting enough, I can relate to The Fault In Our Stars, I'm a survivor of thyroid cancer, and that's what she's dealt with lol. And I'm with you haven't read Game of Thrones either, got it too.
The Fault in Our Stars is a really difficult read because it's emotionally draining. It takes a lot of energy to read a book about people dying. But it's definitely worth it in the end.
well... I haven't read the prizoner of azkaban or the goblet of fire, and those are my favourites out of the movies! The thing is, we probably have them somewhere at home but someone has put them somewhere and we just can't find them. They've been gone for at least 7 years.
Definitely going to make a video on this at some point. But from what I've gathered about you in the past few weeks (yes I didn't know you before More Than This I know I'm terrible), you would probably REALLY like A Game of Thrones.
Great video! I don't think I'm necessarily embarrassed by books I haven't read. I think I'm more stressed than embarrassed, haha! Yes, you must read Tolkien one day. It's a must for book lovers I think, whether you end up loving or hating it. I haven't read "The Fault in Our Stars" either. And don't feel bad about "Game of Thrones." I just started the first book this weekend.
LOOOL omg girl I thought I was crazy! I had the exact same thought process earlier today when I still haven't read the fault in our stars. I kept thinking that all these fantasy books and such I will read but as soon as I get a book about some real life illness or condition my anxiety peaks and I cannot bring myself to read them! :(
I definitely suggest picking up the Hobbit or Game of Thrones soon! The Hobbit is a super fast and fun read. I read the Lord of the Rings books and the Hobbit when I was in 7th grade I think? I think I may need to re-read them soon because its been nearly ten years since I've picked those up... and the entire ASOIAF series is just wonderful. I'm about halfway through a Storm of Swords and plan on marathoning it once I'm back from from Ireland along with a Feast for Crows may be! Also considering starting a booktube channel soon :D I also have not read insurgent. I enjoyed Divergent quite a bit but found Four to honestly be a really unlikable character. I read the preview of Insurgent at the back of my Divergent copy and was just really unimpressed and didn't feel like moving forward with the series. I'm honestly not sure if I ever will because I seem to prefer adult dystopian fiction or dystopian fiction which is more on the unique side like Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde to YA dystopian. I find YA dystopian tends to start out strong and then just meander until it finally ends painfully. I guess revolutions can't really start and end in three books? Super long comment, but have you considered reading anything by Terry Pratchett? I've heard the Discworld series is amazing, and the man friend has said they are quite good as well. Pratchett is pretty much a classic when it comes to fantasy. Oh, along with Neil Gaiman! Read Neverwhere or American Gods! You will love those books!
I don't know if you've read any of these yet, but I also waited a long time to read The Fault In Our Stars and it was totally worth the wait! Also, the Hobbit is so much better than the LOTR series. I loved the first book but couldn't make it through the second one, and I tried twice lol. I'll probably try again at some point. I've heard that's the hardest book to read out of the series though. You make great videos!
I did actually gasp at TFIOS, haha :) But just because I really thought this book has been featured on everybody's channel already. I was apprehensive before reading it for the exact same reasons you are and I still don't know if I'm happy I actually read it in the end. It does destroy you emotionally in spite of its cuteness and whatever.
I feel you about reading TFIOS. I bought it, put it off, tried reading it, gave up 1/3 into the story, put it off again and FINALLY read it from the beginning to the end. All because I wasn't mentally and emotionally ready to go through it. I knew it'd be sad, so I needed time to brace myself for the story. Am I weird? Haha. Hopefully, you'll be ready enough. You can do it, gurl!
im VERY ashamed cuz i havent read harry potter or the two last books of the hunger games or any of jrr tolkien..... cuz im busy reading manga and anime.... but im going to read normal books after finishing one piece
OMH I KNEW IT!! I WAS THINKING YOU WOULD SAY THE FAULT IN OUR STARS. Lol, I'm not shocked you haven't read it, I'm more excited that I was right. I'm actually starting The Hobbit now. Most of my embarrassing books I haven't read are classics.
Don't worry! I haven't read The Hunger Games and The Divergent Series (or pretty much every single popular YA books right now)! Haven't continued on with TMI! I vow to read all the popular ones this coming year! :)
The Hobbit is a great read to me, and I haven't read any of the other books you listed. The Fault in our stars never really interested me and know what happens. Glad I stumbled upon your channel. - Quinn
I just read Furies of Calderon, and since I know you love that I really think you'll love Game of Thrones too!! And not only have I not read The Fault in our Stars (it's been sitting on my shelf forever) I haven't actually read anything by John Green! I do want to change that though because I like him a lot as a human being.
Haven't read GoT, Insurgent, or anything by J. Green. I figure Divergent was the best book in the series. GoT series now has 5 thick books published & it requires a lot of time 'n effort to get thru 'em all. I see crash course history shows so that's my connection with J. Green. Re Tolkien: I know these books pretty well. If you get around to reading 'em & want to discuss something, feel free. Happy reading!
*GASPPPPP* to The Fault in Our Stars and Insurgent and the Hobbit.. No judgy though, you should see my bookshelves of books I have yet to read! I might do a video like this, such a good idea!!! I think I am going to be reading Game of Throne in either January or February!
Out of all the books you mentioned, I only read Insurgent, but I haven't read Allegiant yet and though I loved the first two books I'm just not exactly in a hurry to go buy it... And I'm currently reading The Hobbit and I'm almost finished, but it took me the longest time. I haven't read A Series of Unfortunate Events, just the first three books, though I'd love to read the rest of them as well. I also haven't read any of the Heroes of Olympus books even though I adored the Percy Jackson series and my best friend owns all the books. IT'S JUST... SO MANY BOOKS, SO LITTLE TIME.
I haven't read Insurgent (I read Divergent), The Fault In Our Stars (I read Looking For Alaska this summer as well), Game of Thrones (love the show though) and The Hobbit. So I am with you on all of those books. So don't feel so bad :)
agreed on the sad book thing. the fault in our stars was the first sad book i read. i sobbed for the last 5 or 6 chapters and im traumatized. every time i try to read a book and i get to the endish and realize im going to ball i end up being so hesitant to finish it.
I haven't read Game of Thrones either.... I started the tv series because I caved completely. I plan on reading the first book during my winter break post booktube-a-thon. I really want to read it.
I actually literally gasped when you said you hadn't read with TFiOS. I LOVED the book even though it was sad, so worth it though. TFiOS is WAY better than his other works.
I'm in the exact same situation with Divergent. Read the first one ages ago but don't remember too much, so I need to reread before I can finally get to Insurgent and Allegiant. And to be honest, I actually have a bit of a hard time reading Tolkien sometimes. His writing is beautiful, but then he is also very elaborate with description, so the books often don't develop that much momentum. PS: You NEED to read Game of Thrones, though! Good call not watching the show, it'll make reading the book so much more exciting!
TFIOS was way overhyped and was a bit disappointing JUST because I overhyped it in my own mind. it is a decent book but I've definitely read better before :)
I'm so excited to read Clockwork Angel from The Infernal Devices series by Casandra Clare, but I never get around to reading it. I just have a little over 20 other books I need to read and/or get.
Have to say I'm not a big fan of Vampire Academy series but I read them all quickly then sold them. I never sell books, so that kinda says something! LOTR & Hobbit you gotta read at some point, they're awesome, you'll love them! I've read hobbit once but LOTR about 5 times. Not read TFIOS yet, but think Christine from polandbananabooks feels same way as you do and I'm same so it's def tbr but when?? I dunno!! Good luck getting through these and being brave enough to fess up!!
It's okay. I'm still a little haunted by The Fault in Our Stars...I don't know if I will ever trust books about real-life illnesses ever again. No shame in that game, girl. No shame. Additionally, I LOVE the A Song of Ice and Fire series! I just read the third book! I hope you like that!
I see you're reading the Mistborn Trilogy... that's my favorite fantasy series (and I've read a lot of fantasy, including GOT). To me it's definitely worth reading more than the other books mentioned in the video. Oh and if you read all Brandon's adult fantasy books you'll might get a big surprise!
OMG I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you have to read those books! Especially Game of Thrones, it is fantastic!!! The length doesn't bother me either, and the writing style is actually pretty simple. GET ON IT REGAN!! :) I haven't read the Hobbit either, but I read the first third up to when the first film ended because I kind of like going into the films without knowing what's going to happen. I'm not sure if I have any embarrassing unread books...maybe some classics. I haven't read Prodigy or Champion yet but I didn't really like Legend so I don't feel like I have to!
You are not alone! There are so many books out there that I haven't read and I only noticed when I started bookbinding in August! I read The Hobbit nearly every year, it's on my top ten list! I read A Game of Thrones in September and all I. An say is....life changing! I had the biggest book ha cover ever and I literally couldn't pick up another book for 3 days!
Oh lord you haven't read The Hobbit or Lord Of The Rings?! They are fantastic! Words can't describe how much I love Tolkien books and the lord of the rings world
Insurgent is good but I found it a little fast-paced, idk that might have just been me :P I still haven't read The Hobbit (or LOTR either) I need too haha ~Katie
I'm in the middle of the fellowship of the ring and LADY lemme tell you something THE WAY THIS MAN RIGHTS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. it's just.... OMG. I can't wait to finish the trilogy.
You NEED to read Last Sacrifice! It's been like 3 years since I've read the series, but I do remember that each book gets better! And don't feel bad about Insurgent, lol I haven't read it either! I haven't read TFiOS yet either, okay I'm not the only one!! :)
I also haven't read any of those, except Game of Thrones. I'm not ashamed. You are drawn to the books you are drawn to. I'm not sure if I'll ever read John Green, they just sound SO SAD. I know I should just do it already, but meh...
If you like fantasy you need to read Game of Thrones, it's just amazing! I'm not embarrased at all, but I have never read any of The Mortal Instruments books and I'm not really planning on doing it. I feel like I'm the only one who haven't read them though.
Don't feel bad, I haven't read The Fault in our Stars yet either, hoping to remedy that this month though. I also desperately need to read The Lord of the Rings trilogy, although I can say I have read The Hobbit. And yes, you need to read the Song of Ice and Fire series, both the books and show are fantastic.
Awwe, don't worry. I haven't read The Fault in Our Stars either.. Nor a John Green novel. I want to maybe if I get a John Green book for Christmas or next year!!
you don't need to read the game of thrones books to enjoy the show. I haven't read the books and I LOVE the show. I actually think it's better I didn't read the books because i'm not spoiled for anything that happens in the show, so every twist i'm like "OHMYGOD they did not just do that!" and it makes watching the show so much more exciting
Well... I haven't read The Fault in Our Stars either, I mean I started it when it first came out but I stopped a hundred pages in. I just couldn't connect with it like John Green's other books, there was just something missing that made me stop reading. I also would have been the same with The Hobbit but I finished it 3 days ago, thank goodness for audiobooks and long commutes, now I'll re-read the physical book cause it was that good! AND wait for it, I have not read Catching Fire or Mocking Jay... I read The Hunger Games years ago in 2009 and I actually own Catching Fire but haven't read it. And I refuse to see the movie till then, however long that may take..
Game of Thrones is absolutely perfect! I've read the first three in the series so far and I love it. I can't wait for you to experience its awesomeness lol
I have TFiOS yet haven't read it, either. The reasons you gave for not reading it yet are the same reservations I have! I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!
It's taken me a while to work up the courage for both TFIOS and Insurgent because everyone is so sad and weepy at the end (of the series for Insurgent). It's a little daunting...
OMG, you haven't read lotr! You really should because it's like the mother of all fantasy books!! and it's really amazing! You should get the 50th anniversary edition because it's gorgeous :3
I still need to finish of the vampire academy series. I want to finish it so I can read the spin of series. I have been reading it since 2009. I am yet to read The Fault in Our stars too. I have it on my shelf. I want to read it this year. Haha it took me a year to read the first Lord of the rings back when I was 15. Trying to read the Hobbit at the moment :3 hello puppy !!! Great video.
You will seriously LOVE A Game of Thrones! I've only read the first one (and I have the rest of them.....) but it was absolutely amazing and doesn't actually take so long to get through. AND DON'T BE EMBARRASSED! Can't be as bad as the 400 books I own but haven't read :/
I havent read -Harry Potter series (im reading the first book now) -Catching Fire & Mocking Jay (because everyone spoiled the whole series so it was hard for me to continue since i knew all the big stuff) -The 5th wave -the percy jackson's series (i have all the books n read the 1st one but still)
Can you make a list of your favorite epic fantasy books? Because I love the genre, but I don't know which ones are good or worth the read. And I don't want to waste my time reading 800+ pages for an okay book
I feel like the pressure to read these books has become sooooo big that reading them becomes a chore instead of being fun. I wasn't that impressed by TFIOS, but I did like A.J. palacio's Wonder. I also haven't read anyone of Rachel Meade books event hough, I have them on my kindle.
I haven't read The Fault in Our Stars either and I accidentally spoiled myself by looking on John Green's Facebook page. Yeah I've pretty much screwed myself over.
YES!!!!! Another person who hasn't read The Fault in Our Stars!!!! I thought I was the only human being left on the planet you didn't read that book. I am scared of it too. I lost two people in my family to lung cancer, and reading about it scares the life out of me!
I have to say that I have only read one book of the books you mentioned. I haven't even read Divergent yet and I'm not sure if I'll even get to it any time soon. Two books that I find personally embarrassing that I haven't even read yet well not book but series is The Percy Jackson series and The Harry Potter series. However I have read the first Harry book just not the rest.
I haven't read Insurgent and The Fault in our stars either^^ Ok I loved Divergent but when the second book came out here in Germany like 9 months later and I saw it in store I was like: "wait a second... How was the Story exactly?" and I realized that I Need to reread Divergent before getting Insurgent. It didn't got better with the forgetting Thing :D
I haven't read fault in our stars... so you're not alone with that. I really want to, everybody loves it. But I have the same problem with knowing it will make me cry...possibly. But you really need to read the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. I grew up with the book, the movies... I simply love and worship Tolkien like crazy. I even learned writing elvish xD. But you should definitely start with the Hobbit :)
I'm in the same boat; only read Divergent, haven't read TFiOS, Game of Thrones, or The Hobbit. I tried reading The Hobbit... it didn't fare well. Plus, I only JUST finished the VA series. But, I haven't read the last Harry Potter book... which is so beyond embarrassing.
My top 5 unread books/series are... 5.) The Darkest Minds and Never Fade by Alexandra Bracken 4.) The Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld 3.) A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin 2.) The lord of the rings series and The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien 1.) The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling Number 1 is the most embarrassing one ever but in my defense I don't own any of them, hoping to change that very soon tho.
I haven't finished The Lord of the Rings Series, I loved The Hobbit, but whenever I start reading The Lord of the Rings, it disappears for months at a time (I haven't seen that book in over a year). The sad part is, my brother gave me the third book for my birthday two years ago, and I promised to finish the series, but I need the first book, and I need it to be the matching cover, yeah...
I haven't finished the Divergent Trilogy either, I thought I was the only one! I absolutely loved Divergent but could never get into Insurgent, as much as I tried I would just get bored
Omg..Get to reading the LOTR trilogy! Epic fantasy :D But I still haven't read THE HOBBIT or the Game of Thrones novels either :( Love that you like fantasy, and sc-fi books! I also don't like realistic fiction..I don't want to be dealing with real-life topics either
Okay... my embarrassing unread books are... the last 3 books from the Harry Potter series! Oh gosh... To be fair, I only started the series this year or late last year (wow, that sounds even more embarrassing...). Among your list, I have read both Game of Thrones and The Hobbit. Both fantastic! But I really need to read the Lord of the Ring series now (which I got last Christmas...). Also must finish Clash of Kings and start Storm of Swords so I can catch up with the TV show!
You HAVE to read A Game of Thrones, Im currently reading it and it is soooo freaking good! You also need to watch the tv show, that's great stuff you're missing!
I haven't even read Divergent or any of the Cassandra Clare books for that matter. Furthermore I love the hunger games books, but never read Mockingjay.. I get your hesitation. I've read the fault in our stars, but I was afraid it was gonna be too depressing, and it was, but beautifully so. Personally I am not that into Tolkien, but that is probably because I read it too young and couldn't appreciate his style then.
Havent read Harry potter, at all Haven't read the twilight sage. only read A game of thrones, gave up on the books but watched every single episode in the show, and I loved it. Haven't read fault in our stars. Havent read any of the books she just named. And I need to read daughter of smoke and bone, and EVERYONE needs to read the beautiful creatures series. like NOW.
The Fault in Our Stars isn't your typical "cancer book"! My daughter died from cancer, so I shy away from "cancer books" BUT THIS IS THE HUGE EXCEPECTION!!! You don't have to have any prior reference to cancer to have this book be meaningful to you
Yeah, I haven't read TFIOS, either because I don't like books that make me cry. I really can't deal with sad books because to me, books should be an escape, something fun. Sorry to peeps who love realistic stories.
Don;t worry. JRR Tolkien's setting and plots are amazing, but he cannot narrate to save his life. As far as game of thrones? I read it and it was AMAZING as well as the rest of the series...but I think the reason it took me so long to finally open A Game of Thrones was because I was scared it would not live up to the hype. It did for me, but I can see how a lot of avid reader get tense or procrastinate on reading a book that is so hyped.
The song of Ice and Fire is sooo good!!! And it's a good thing that you are going to read it before you watch the show. :-D I did and that makes the books so much better! :-) My fav author is Tolkien, if you can tell by my nickname (means I'm Arwen in elvish) and I definitely recommend his book to a high fantasy lover like yourself. I also recommend The Wheel of Time series!!! :-D Soo good!!!
If LOTR was not one of the suggested-reading novels in my literature class back then, I would not have picked a copy and at least attempted to read it. Loved the movies series, though. But then again, I got sick and tired of people around me non-stop talking about the series and it made me curious and end up finishing the three books during my semester break. So there... you have to at least read the first book. Trust me. Like, seriously.
Don't worry I literally read the hobbit last year before the movie came out. It takes a bit to get going, but once it's going you won't want to put it down :)
I have read all of the Harry Potter books except the 5th one because I read them out of order.....but I am currently rereading the series so it should he resolved soon:)
The Hobbit is amazing! My top 5 is... hm. 1984, Robin Hood, Jane Eyre, The Book Thief and the last 3 books of the HP-series. Too many good books, to little time!
Omigod! I thought I was the only person left in the world who hadn't read The Fault in Our Stars. Although, I haven't read ANYTHING by John Green, either. The reason I haven't read TFIOS (or anything else by John Green) is because I terrified that I won't like it and everyone on the internet will then turn into lions and come to my house and maul me.
THE HOBBIT AND A GAME OF THRONES ARE MAGNIFICENT JUST DO IT WOMAN. I'm on the third Song of Ice and Fire book and can I just sayyyyy, they are HELLA good. So far each book is better than the last!
I know.. I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW. But really I know.
But also, I know.
you know what?
yes, you definitely do know.
PeruseProject
You haven't read Game of Thrones.
YOU KNOW NOTHING, REGAN.
padfootandprongs07 In my opinion the Hobbit was kind of a bit boring but a totally agree with A song of ice and fire .... this series is just amazeballs :D
I've found another book lover who doesn't love Divergent!
I didn't really like divergent either
+Beck R. Divergent was alright, but I didn't like Insurgent that much, but everybody LOVED the series, so I tried Allegiant too, and I got through it, but I liked it even less ...
oh don't underestimate the size of game of thrones. It's like a tardis...bigger on the inside...
Perfect way to describe it!
I love how after showing "The Fault In Our Stars", you said "Okay?" "Okay." and it's like the main thing about TFiOS.
I personally preferred Looking for Alaska than The Fault In Our Stars... :)
So much agreement with this statement. :)
CharlottesWonderland yeass
This dog in the background is the most serene animal ever :D
I am so happy that you are home for the holidays so that there are more videos!! Selfish, but true.
Nothing is more important than reading Game of Thrones. Seriously it's life changing. You will not regret it :D
The dog at the back caught my attention all the time..
I am reading A Clash of Kings now too! (scratches on book of the list from this video)
Honestly, the hobbit was more of a struggle to get through than the entire LOTR series for me... I think because it is a children's book and the action seemed less exciting somehow and also I love dragons and didn't want Smaug to be evil lol. But you've GOT to read the GoT books :o
I swear you're my favorite Booktuber
I'm so excited for you! I wish I could go back and read The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings for the first time again! I bet you're going to love them!
I also have not read insurgent.
When you ended the TFIOS section with Okay. Okay. Lol. I haven't read the Hobbit either but I tried it and it was boring so...
im VERY ashamed cuz i havent read harry potter or the two last books of the hunger games or any of jrr tolkien..... cuz im busy reading manga and anime.... but im going to read normal books after finishing one piece
I don't want to read The Fault In Our Stars. Haha. I'm with you! I don't find his work interesting.
Re: The Fault in Our Stars... I've read it and was not all that impressed. So, I understand your hesitancy in reading it.
*booktubing! My bad! And hangover! Wow I am really bad today
Oh lord you haven't read The Hobbit or Lord Of The Rings?! They are fantastic! Words can't describe how much I love Tolkien books and the lord of the rings world
Insurgent is good but I found it a little fast-paced, idk that might have just been me :P I still haven't read The Hobbit (or LOTR either) I need too haha
~Katie
Love your vids! And there's nothing to be embarrassed about girl, you do you!
My Top 5:
5.The Mortal Instrument Series
4.Eleanor & Park
3.The Fault in Our Stars
2.Harry Potter series (books 3-7)
1.Mockingjay
you don't need to read the game of thrones books to enjoy the show.
I NEED TO READ IIITTTT
I havent read
-Harry Potter series (im reading the first book now)
-Catching Fire & Mocking Jay (because everyone spoiled the whole series so it was hard for me to continue since i knew all the big stuff)
-The 5th wave
-the percy jackson's series (i have all the books n read the 1st one but still)
Can you make a list of your favorite epic fantasy books?
I haven't read Insurgent and The Fault in our stars either^^
Ok I loved Divergent but when the second book came out here in Germany like 9 months later and I saw it in store I was like: "wait a second...
5.) The Darkest Minds and Never Fade by Alexandra Bracken
4.) The Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld
3.) A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin
2.) The lord of the rings series and The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien
1.) The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling
Number 1 is the most embarrassing one ever but in my defense I don't own any of them, hoping to change that very soon tho.
It's all good. I haven't read TFIOS or The Game of Thrones either. I NEED to get my hands on them!
I haven't finished the Divergent Trilogy either, I thought I was the only one! I absolutely loved Divergent but could never get into Insurgent, as much as I tried I would just get bored
Omg..Get to reading the LOTR trilogy! Epic fantasy :D But I still haven't read THE HOBBIT or the Game of Thrones novels either :(
Love that you like fantasy, and sc-fi books! I also don't like realistic fiction..I don't want to be dealing with real-life topics either
You NEEEEEED to read A song of ice and fire series! You will LOVE IT!
Okay... my embarrassing unread books are... the last 3 books from the Harry Potter series!
Omg all those books I have not read either! So embarrassing..but I`m currently reading Insurgent, hoping to finish that trilogy before the year ends.
Havent read Harry potter, at all
Haven't read the twilight sage.
only read A game of thrones, gave up on the books but watched every single episode in the show, and I loved it.
Don't worry. I haven't read any of these except Insurgent (which I didn't enjoy that much lol). I will get round to reading A Game of Thrones....soon.
