Great Video Brian, what a huge relief to get the power and the water in finally without issues using the vacuum to pull the string thru was a great idea, Watching you blast the grain cart and the green tractors reminded me of the days i used to washdown chicken sheds through the Night, thanks for sharing
I completely understand not wanting to wash outside in the cold. It’s always best though to knock off the worst of it outside and then pull it in and fine tune it to pretty it up
100% agree with washing stuff outside when you can. I do the same (granted, not for farming but instead construction) to keep all the mud and debris out of the garage. Nothing worse than having to clean up twice.
House is really looking good. Hopefully you will be moved by Valentine’s Day. The yard, hopefully you will have grass this year but, don’t be surprised if it takes a few years for a full nice “lawn”
As matches your experience, I've found sucking the "parachute" works better than blowing the parachute. The ultimate would be both, if you have the ability to do so. Amazing how tired your arms can get pulling the pull string out to get the next size rope in. Thanks for the video.
Brian, with all the toys you have at your disposal I am surprised you don`t have a space aged blower that does more than your mediocre units you use. We use a commercial Sullaire with a John Deere diesel engine , self contained on its own trailer . You could hitch it behind your fuel trailer with a the 2 inch ball hitch. This will blow off a large combine with fresh dirt in less than 5 minutes. We also found out you will NEVER scrape the inside walls of your grain bins again. A 36` bin can be cleaned in 10 minutes. You still have to sweep up the trash but the scratching is history. We picked up a used unit for a little under 6 ,000 . Set it up with a 36-48" wand that has a vented end and you are set. Caution, pressure is so high the human hand cannot withstand the heat from the air pressure created by the wand!!!! Think about it. One of our best finds. Shocky, Brimfield Ill.
Bro i law is a Navy Vet.... Works at a Vet hospital in Bremerton WA... On a "reclaimed base"... It was also a munitions production facility... They have some crazy reclamation projects going on there.... like a super fund site....
With those old buildings, just dig a great big hole next to it, then push it in with the D8, and cover it up, that's what we did at our place with some old concrete buildings
Brian I hope you mapped your water line and especially the splices it just might come in handy one day. Loved the family Xmas in the new house hopefully you be in very soon. Hope 24 is a banner year for Brown farms keep up the great vids.
Yeah I was going to mention the vacuum works a whole lot better 💯👍 glad you thought of using vacuum. I knew there was a reason they keep you around 🤷🏻♂️😂
I noticed the outlet in the "throne" room. Am curious if that is for a special purpose like an electric toilet or if that's just where it happened to end up? Have a Happy New Year!
Use your grain back and put a rag with a bail and twine into it and let that grain Vac pull a vacuum and pull that rag through your conduit. I’ve seen them do it with a little bitty, vacuum cleaners but I can only imagine how much vacuum you can pull on it with that green vac
Brian if y’all ever get the chance, and Bob has an itch for a Facebook marketplace purchase,,,, get you a trailer mounted air compressor. Sooooo much better then the smaller ones when you’re tryin to blow off equipment.
Hiya Brian, you said all utilities are in, saw water and electric.....are you having natural gas or propane? Btw the house is gorgeous, love the shape and colors. Wish you all a Blessed, healthy, joyful and prosperous New Year. Stay well be safe and have fun. Greetings from NE rural Ohio.
Thanks for another great video Brian. Most interesting for sure. So the power company broke it but you have to fix it. Typical power company mess up. Glad you were able to fish that line through there so the power company can finish the job. Glad you got all of your utilities done and hooked up. One less thing you have to worry with. What about heat????? What are your plans there?????? Nice wash job on the grain cart and Fendt tractor. Looking good and clean and put away for a while. Looks like you all are getting more done in the office area and shop area now that you have the time. Looking good guys. Nice to get everything setup. Anxious to see video on that new combine. Show it off to all of us please. Thanks. Busy time for you Brian with the new home and after harvest projects. Hang in there. Thanks for everything Brian. You all take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Nice job on the power and water lines Brian. House looks great. Speaking of no thrones, tell BJ the Browns are going to Superbowl this year. He better get a Browns jersey. Lol I mean u are the Brown family:)
Working Progress Brian, slowly but surely you will get there , wont be long Mate, you & Kayla & the kids will be in the New Home ,get out the Violins & have a Home warming Party Ye Ha, at least it sounds good Brian, you know the little things that seem to take the longest, but the Water pipe is working, the Electricity is hocked up, just the finer details to finish, then you all can get in, Cheers & Best Wishes Brian, Happy New Year 2024, Regards Trevor.W.Bacelli. when I pulled power to my shop, I ran a nice line through the pipe to the shop. Power company pulled it out then sucked their line through. WTH, I said, they said they wanted my rope to make sure the line was clear..... I may have wished for the guys to get lit up by the electric line they were pulling, sadly, I was disappointed.
@BriansFarmingVideos It was meant as a side jab. I know you have done tons and the farm has required enormous amounts of time. The house looks beautiful. I myself live in the country and wouldn't have any other way. You have a very fun channel.
Check your breakers for things like refrigerators, freezers, hot water heaters, etc. They should be off until you actually move in. Or you can turn them on and runup the power bill. Just be sure the water heater is full of water... first. 😊😊
Hey Brian, I’m a huge fan of your videos but, I’m curious about what you said about your ancestors used to hang stuff!! I am an African American and that didn’t pleased me to hear that. I’m sure you probably didn’t mean anything about it but, it was a bit racist to me. I’m not trying to make a big deal out of this but I think you should review your video and make an apology. I will continue to watch your videos but I think you should look at the video and tell me what you think.
@@BriansFarmingVideos I appreciate you responding. Like I said, I'm pretty sure you didn't mean anything and I'm not trying to make a big deal of it. Thanks for the response and good work.
You idiots saying coach driver is at fault because he doesn’t have a CDL, how would a CDL have helped?!? Mistakes happen, you CDL holders have never pulled out in front of anyone? Looks like a bit of an incline and semi was hauling ass. Whole situation is a wreck waiting to happen.
Nice video Brian! Greetings!
So glad yall are close moving in.
Make sure Al water is off and check to see if the water meter is moving.

You need a couple of nice napping couches in the new shop office for those dreary winter afternoons.
Wishing you all a safe, happy and prosperous 24 from Oklahoma

On todays episode of farming with the browns.. Might need to start using that more often
the platform will extend to make it a lot easer and you can do more with it to clean with the power washer
Happy new year to all of the brown family. Sam
Watching you wash the equipment makes me realize how great an assortment of toys you have!
Thanks
We normally just do the bag trick/shop vac on the pull tape instead of the stairstep string to rope to tape.
Happy New Year to the whole Brown Family
you should use a projector + projector screen instead of a TV ?.... and the second toilet is a nice place for a broom in the corner or similar
Happy for your new home and go Bryan farming

Brian, if it’s not to late, gps each connection in your waterline for future reference. Don’t ask how I know that would be helpful!
Ok… I never noticed the FENDT has a “White” roof!! Great looking tractor!!

They make angle reduction clips to limit how far doors can open for that awkward corner.
Make sure to GPS your water line..
And the power line
I'm sure they did that
Thought ya put in a wash area on the inside so ya didn’t have to do it outside ?
I have no desire to wash inside if I don’t have to
Need to get rid of mud and dirt makes so much easier cleaning and not a mess in a shop
Can you map your water line and flag your connection with your ag leader for future reference?
