It's not the "Disney cult" that hates Fox X-Men, it's comic fans. In fact, I've seen more love for First Class specifically from MCU fans than anyone else, including Fox X-Men's own fans (Those usually hype up X2 and DOFP a lot more). The people who hate Fox X-Men are comic fans and X-Men TAS fans.
X-Men: First Class was perfect and compensates for the poorly executed sequels it begetted. I never get bored of watching First Class. Each scene and dialogue is a masterpiece! Btw, good job on this cover, mate!🤘
My favorite X-Men movies: 1. First Class 2. Days of Future Past 3. X2 4. Apocalypse 5. X-Men 6. X3 Wolverine Origins would be on number 7, The Wolverine would be inbetween X-Men and Apocalypse. But they aren't full X-Men movies. Same goes for Deadpool, that would be inbetween First Class and Days of Future Past as the second best movie. First Class is imo the best X-Men movie. The whole setting in the 70s worked very well. Mystique was still interesting in the story they created. She went to shit in DoFP. The Charles and Eric friendship was done very well. It was fun to see the origins of Beast. It was an interesting new take on the X-Men origins imo. The Wolverine cameo was golden. Shaw was a GREAT villain. Characters like Azzazel were great sidecharacters. The story was solid. The suspence was good. The pacing was good. The action was decent. The effects were nice. The music was amazing. Hands down best X-men movie.

But it got me thinking of another theme which I think gives this a run for its money. The song is "(When) Your Middle Name Is Danger" by Trocadero, i.e. the Meta theme from Red vs Blue. It may sound silly, but seriously the Meta was an amazing villain and his theme was a big part of it. I'd be curious to see if there's anything Nieall could do with that song. I can't imagine him changing it much seeing as it already rocks a lot.
