- The thing about chocolate ganache frosting is that if you have no self-control then it becomes very dangerous. Because, even in it’s warm, melted state, you’ll want to drink it. You can use my chocolate ganache frosting in two ways: un-whipped, or whipped. Whipped is almost like eating a very rich, fluffy mousse, and un-whipped is nice and dense - perfect for filling cakes.

This was so easy and helpful :-)
Thank u. Love ur vids! 👍💖
Such a lovely video Nick 🥰 I´ve just one question. When you whip your Ganache… you need to be careful not to overwhip it, right? Because of the cream 🤔
Hey! I love your recipes! THEY ARE SO SIMPLE! I waa cueiois to know, Will this ganache melt after a while if left out before they are needed?
Wow so easy
yummy I love chocolate 🍫
Btw you can add butter cream to those and they will taste even better! Just follow his same instructions and add 2 tbl spoons of butter cream and it’s even lighter and fluffier!
Thank you 🙏🏾
Adoro 😍
Oh wowwww
Great video! Does whipped white chocolate ganache still firm up in the fridge? Could I achieve sharp cake edges as with buttercream as with white chocolate ganche?
Was planning to start a diet... well I will do these and start after :D
I was very excited when I saw this video using just chocolate and cream, as I want to make a cup cake topping without using butter However, when I go to look at the recipe on your site, it contains butter and glycerine! I have seen other comments raising the same concerns but they remain unanswered. What quantities do I need simply using chocolate and cream? Please 😬
Very helpful. I now know why my ganache always splits when I whip it. I will avoid the fridge.
That looks so yummy 😋😋 Nick!!!
Can you please make a recipe using tutti fruiti?? I have loads in my house and don't know where to use it
Hi Shivani, you can use tutti frutti in "tutti frutti cakes" or in "karachi biscuits aka tutti frutti biscuits"
@@ummehusnae7667 I have used it in biscuits and cakes but I want Nick to show his talent and make a yummy cupcake recipe!!
Any advice about using milk chocolate in the ganache please ??
I love these informational videos Nick !!! The only thing I am left wanting is the actual measurements. It would be nice to have it in the video vs having to go to the website. Im guessing there is a reason for that. 🤔 Either way... Love your info, dedication & your unique ideas !! 👍👍
I like it cus i think it means you choose how much you want to have
Please tag receape
hi nick, the recipe for the choco ganache has butter in it. can I omit the butter and still retaining the measurements for the chocolate and cream? thanks much!
Hey Nick!
I tried to make a white chocolate ganache..but as its melting the ganache becomes a sort of yellowish tinge.... anything I can do to prevent that?
If I want the whipped chcocolate ganache to be softer can I add a bit of cream before I whip it
Can I use fresh cream for this recipe for piping
Which cream I should use
Can I use candy melts for this?
Can I use this chocolate cream to cover a cake??
Which cream did you use ?
If I dont have microwave can I heat it up on an oven by using water bath
In your video just mixed Choco and cream but in the recipe include butter 🤔 what recipe it's right?
Hello, how can you substitute heavy cream with milk? Thanks
Hi if I don't want to sweet how can I do. Can I use thicken cream
How should you store thhe frosted cupcakes?
Hi!how much cream and how much chocolate pleace?
How much ratio between chocolate and cream?
Hi Nick! Just wanted to let you know that "room temperature" is quite a vague measure especially when it comes to baking. I live in India where summer temperatures range between 30-35°C. So it's pretty hot, and no matter how much I let it sit on the counter, it won't set like yours ever. If I wanted a whipped ganache, what would you suggest?
Hmm... there’s usually a cooler place in people’s houses , otherwise in that case I’d say chill it in the fridge. I’d just be afraid if it splitting though.
@@thescranline okay, thanks!
Hi Nick, Thank you for the recipe, I have some questions, Can I leave the ganache out the fridge over night and can I decorate the cupcakes the night before and doesn’t get hard? Please let me know. Thank you!!
Hi can u share the ratio plsss..Thanks
You didn’t add butter and on your website you say we need to add it. Can clarify, please, do I need butter or not? Thanks:)
🤤
I'm looking ways to keep them in the fridge. I made way too much whipped chocolate ganache and want to keep it. Is it okay?
How many cupcakes I can frost with this much frosting?
what are the ratio of chocolate to heavy cream?
Pls tell the ingredients amount
What kind of cream is this??
What is the quantity of the ingredients?
Why does the recipe on the link mentions butter?
What's the recipe?
I can't access the link
Whipped cream or normal
What about the BUTTER that is in the recipe on the link???
On the link you left in the description with the recipes it says about butter in the chocolate ganache frosting but you never said about adding that in the video???
That what I faced today, got confused actually
I just realised this... how did u guys make it? With or without butter?
@@amyegg2k the link shows a recipe for chocolate buttercream made with the ganache so if you just add the chocolate and cream following the video it should be fine
Where i can find the recipe
What are the measurements?
hey nick
could you please do a vegan version please
What if you don't have a microwave?
How much is the chocolate to cream ratio plzzzzz sayyyy
Most ganache is equal parts cream to chocolate.
Recipe?
Im on iPhone and I can’t see a description box. I even googled 🤦🏻♀️ please can you tell me the amounts please
I don't understand how these videos don't get more views. People rather watch fake baking "hacks" by content farming channels that could cause actual harm than this?? Algorithm please, what are you recommending?
The frosting is HD but the video of you in blurry? Why
Hello try to enter for measurement no success. Thank you
no measurements? clicking the link goes nowhere or everywhere.
I love your videos but the split screen is distracting sorry
ihthe mathiy
Why doesn’t it show how many subs he has??
I just read all the comments..seems that no ONE willing to share the Recipe huh. so stingy 😡
So is this your way of teaching...no measurements....how can beginers learn ?
I love when people complain. It makes me feel really appreciated. I mean, it would be too hard to follow the link in the description box like everyone else right?
@@thescranline why we should follow the link description when measurements can be written on the screen in the video that is time saving for us... Anyways sorry if you find my comment harsh...
@@salmashafiq6427 I went to the link and it only links to the website so you have to look for the recipe. I found it and it's not the same as the video. It says to add butter but I didn't see that in the video so I'm not sure. I think these videos are for entertainment purposes only and not actually for the public to learn which is kind of a bummer because what's the point.
phu
I hate microwaves!!! You should tell us the stovetop recipe, give us ratios within the video. Thus was useless
Thus comment was hideous.
@@thescranline Thus, so are you!
Another recipe without measurements.
Another person who doesn't check the description box.
