I can't listen to Linkin Park anymore without so much nostalgia, and million of different feelings all mushed together. Rip chester. A7x, Linkin Park, Mcr, Etf, soty all these bands were my childhood
Linkin Park is a legendary band. I often say the only band that comes close to them is Falling In Reverse, which I know you like. of course I say this because of how well written the songs are and how well blended the rap and rock are by both bands. anyone can mix both, but to do it exceptionally well is a skill in itself. RIP Chester Bennington (the Eminem looking guy lol)
I have to disagree with you on the falling in reverse comparison. While there are some REALLY good FIR songs (Popular Monster, for example), there are also many that are very bad and in which the rap/ rock mixture feels really forced. Can't blame them though, rap rock is great when done right but it's extremely hard to get it right. I also prefer the lyrics in LP songs, as Ronnie often falls into the trap of 'sex, drugs and booze' in his songs, and that type of lyrics makes me very uncomfortable... No disrespect though, we don't have to all like the same things and this is just my personal opinion☺️
I grew up with linkin park, numb takes me back to my teenage angst/depression years. Haha never too late! But yes, very saddening ending they had with Chester taking his life 😢
Linkin park has been my favorite band since they first came out. They are legendary. They are extremely diverse. Chester I miss you. RIP. Chester Bennington is the lead singer. Mike Shinoda is the rapper/pianist/Guitarist/Songwriter.
LP is a band that gathered all talented young men from different races, that's why I really like this band band till now. Wish you all the best and good health
I think it would be awesome to do every Linkin Park album in their entirety. One of the greatest bands ever, and the greatest singer/screamer to have ever blessed this Earth
He was acctually 4 years younger then Eminem, so that comment kinda crackers me up 😂 Also, Hybrid Theory (which is the album In the end is from) was released back in 2000. Just alittle constructive critisism… Alot in both videos is symbolism. A flying whale for exemple symbolises the journey through life, and the thorns growing out of the ground is meent to symbolis things that makes is struggle and have to fight through in life. These things, along with the lyrics, is very important part to take in to really understand the songs. Which, at least in my (and also Chester, the ”clean” singer) important, as alot of their songs is about depression, anxiety and the stigmas around it.
They were marketed as an edgy nu metal band when they debuted in 2000, but their roots were actually in hip hop, and their label was trying to make them fit the trendy nu metal thing that was going on at the time. They became more experimental after their first two albums. If you want more music videos top react to, I recommend songs like "Leave Out All The Rest", "Burning In The Skies", "Waiting For The End", "The Catalyst", "Lost In The Echo", "Castle Of Glass", and their two collaborations with Steve Aoki, "A Light That Never Comes" and "Darker Than Blood"
Nah that's not true at all. They have always had some Metal influence since their first recorded album in the late 90's. In fact Chester was heavily influenced by the Nu-Metal band "Deftones" Check out their first Demo album, it is heavily influenced by Deaftones (Nu-Metal band)
Yes, sadly, the lead singer Chester died from suicide 😢 💔. They actually released a song that didn't make it on the album called Lost. It will bring tears to your eyes. I've been a fan of them since the beginning. We definitely lost a great one. RIP Chester 🙏
Linkin Park means so much to me and they've help me through a lot. Even if you don't react to too many more of their songs on the channel please give their beautiful art people call music the time it deserves. Who knows, after you hear one album you may go on to make LP a permanent part of your life like I did

Really enjoy watching your reactions. Linkin Park is my all time favorite band, I’ve been listening to them since I was 7 (24 now). I can’t imagine you’ve gone through life the past 20 years without hearing either of these songs as they’re clearly super popular! These are their more “pop”ish songs. And I would totally watch if you reacted to more of their songs. You should do “What I’ve Done”, and “Waiting for the End”. They’re good intro songs. And Linkin park is by no means 1 genre, they blend many genres
You may have recognized Numb from the Numb/Encore collab with Jay Z, and have most likely heard some of their other songs from the Transformers movies if you've seen those. Meteora was the very first album I ever bought in my early teens, I think it will always have a special place in my heart
"In The End" was on the debut album Hybrid Theory in 2000, "Numb" was on the second album Meteora in 2003. Great reaction, the vibes you give off are great. Their entire discography is fantastic, they're such an experimental band with something for everyone. RIP Chester. You'll always be in our hearts

"Numb" is great as well and was the first song I heard from LP, back in the day.
Now you will gonna listen “Linkin Park - Waiting For The End” that’s the masterpiece of LP 👌
@@soulfly3510 yes, i like papercut too
@@soulfly3510 excuse me ?
@@soulfly3510 what
Gw lebih suka Crawling sama numb + papercut .....tod
How is this not copyright claimed? That seriously surprises me. Anyways, this music was one of the things that got me through hard times in my childhood, so I love old Linkin Park. (Rest In Peace Chester)
God, every time I listen to them it's like i'm back in school and make me feel like someone understand me. I cried so hard when Chester died, it still hurts to this day.
Hope you listen to more of them, I recommend "What i've done", "Crawling", "Breaking the habit" and "One more light",
I can't listen to Linkin Park anymore without so much nostalgia, and million of different feelings all mushed together. Rip chester. A7x, Linkin Park, Mcr, Etf, soty all these bands were my childhood
Then with lost coming out now it brings all those feelings and emotions out for alot of people
Linkin Park is a legendary band.
TFK is closest to them
I grew up with linkin park, numb takes me back to my teenage angst/depression years.
Crawling and the live performance with Jay-Z 99 problems. Chester has a gnarly scream in that.
Linkin Park really did help the teenage Me, back in 2009 right when i needed them in my life. RIP Chester!
"Lost in the echo" and "from the inside" please!
I tear up every time I listen to them. They got me through a lot and they stuck with me through my childhood. RIP Chester
I think it would be awesome to do every Linkin Park album in their entirety. One of the greatest bands ever, and the greatest singer/screamer to have ever blessed this Earth
He was acctually 4 years younger then Eminem, so that comment kinda crackers me up 😂
Also, Hybrid Theory (which is the album In the end is from) was released back in 2000.
Who knows, after you hear one album you may go on to make LP a permanent part of your life like I did
"He has a really good voice"
You should hear more from him
You won't even believe what he did
I challenge every singer to try and do
Chester's parts...
In the end, the best song of nu metal's history
You might be right, the song is a Nu-Metal standard.
two songs that define my teen years back in early mid 00s, good times... bad times... everything was easier with these songs...first crush, first kiss, first fight, teen problems, puberty, bullying at school, suicide thoughts etc etc damn i miss LP
You should react to more Linkin Park. There are so many good songs it's hard to even make a list.
You have absolutely nothing to apologize for. Great reaction.
These songs are both absolutely GOATED. Timelessly GOATED, I shit you not
Hi ellie you should react to iridescent, that song is in my opinion the most underrated linkin park song ever, the singing is incredible!
How many of you know the 17 second scream by Chester in many of his LIVE concert ? That was something only Chester can do . Miss you Chester 😭
Given up, legendary song
@@squirrelwithaflute8512 yes
Ronnie's music is heavily compared to linkin park mainly his newer ones
Some of bring me the horizons new stuff is also extremely linkin park I.e. teardrops
@@higuk999 look up "you just heard the new bring me the horizon song"
She Should React To Some Ronnie James Dio!🤘
They've been my heroes when was a teen, Chester is forever in my heart.
The singer’s named Chester Bennington and you might not like what I’m about to say. He actually died in 2017. May he RIP!
every reactors when react to Numb :" I heard this somewhere before "
You may have recognized Numb from the Numb/Encore collab with Jay Z, and have most likely heard some of their other songs from the Transformers movies if you've seen those.
Meteora was the very first album I ever bought in my early teens, I think it will always have a special place in my heart
So jealous of anyone that gets to experience LP for the first time, goddamn do I miss Chester
Check out their songs "What I've Done", "Breaking The Habit" or "Somewhere I Belong" next! They're such an amazing band!
Listening to these songs for the first time in 2021/22?! Are you fucking kidding me!! LP for life! RIP Chester. You live on everyday among us🙏
Wait you haven't checked out THIS band?? You HAVEN'T lived. Gotta check out "Points of Authority" and "With You" by Linkin Park
*The guy singing, Chester, is unfortunately now dead*
"One saved millions but millions couldn't save one." 😔
I know this comment isn't music related, but damn girl your eyes are so pretty. I love that shade of green!
The first time I knew Linkin Park is from first Transformer movie and Numb is the song.., it's one of my childhood favourite english song.
Faint and new divide are missing and much more but all lp songs or the most are masterpieces👌R.I.P Chester
Linkin park's every song is a masterpiece
To me this is the best band the world has ever seen
Numb still gives me goosebumps and I've listened to this song hundreds if not thousands of times
Yeah you noticed how the graphics and sound seems a little oud dated to be from 2009. "In the End" was recorded way back in 2000!! Numb in 2003. Highly recognized band but still underrated in my opinion.
The music is not dated at all. Graphics yes. Music no.
@@JohnKobaRuddy I respect your opinion
Wow, Numb was one of the songs that defined my teens - what a treat to be able to see the younger generation experience it for the first time
Yup
I didn’t think it came off rude, you just didn’t know. And that’s fine lol. Respect for you going back though to look into it and correct it
Dude, I'm 19 and heard LP songs first time 8 years ago, it's quite hard to believe someone has lived that much without hearing any of their songs
Numb is a great song, also mgk covered it in tribute to Chester Bennington
I enjoy your reactions because you are honest in them, don't feel bad if you don't completely know the history or certain facts about a band. The fact that you edited the video after doing some research and then paid your respects to Chester shows that you R empathetic and you care. Be you, I enjoy you and your authenticity.
