I’ve received these for free through my work. I’m now on my second pair, as the first pair broke after roughly a month. The second pair is also giving me alot of issues regarding touch controls, pairing and sound quality. My coworkers are having alot of issues as well. The freebuds supposedly have 7 microphones built inside, but the quality is absolutely shit, even for phone calls. Wouldn’t recommend spending $100+ on these.

Hey dude great video😜 can i ask they say the 90min life time of freebuds can be charged in 15mins hm so how long is taking to charge full battery case 10hours.. Or can i see somewhere how much is battery of the case?
Thanks for the nice comment! and no there is no way of checking how much battery the case has. and with android on the latest OS (oreo and pie) you can see how much power is in the headphone approximately. and the 90 minutes of run time for the freebuds is about right maybe a bit longer ill be honest but the warning tone keeps going off every 2 minutes or so.
My headset's charger box cover is swinging back and forth slightly, is this normal?

When Apple brought out their Airpods I was highly critical of them, mainly of how easy they would be to lose (I lose things easily) I got a pair of these with my phone for free and I am actually not that unhappy with them. I am sure I will lose them at some point, but other than that I think they are pretty good. :)

I had them for 4 months and sound quality is nice, battery life is decent, connectivity is funny at times, and tap features can be a nightmare, so I would only pay £60 for what it's worth...

Double tap the left ear for Google assistant or if you have "ok Google" activated then it'll work too with the headphones and Double tap the right ear to pause and play music 😊

I tested three pieces of them for me and my friends. Everything works great except while calling I get some disruption hearing the voice which is very annoying and that occur for all the three freebuds. I don't know if you or someone else notice that.
I think that could be a manufacturing problem
Unfortunately I didn't experience that with mine! Not sure why it would be doing that, did you update them?
Gainzkhamun yes I updated it to the latest version via the Freebuds assistant App, all the three air phones still have this issue

I have two questions: I also read some tests on the internet and a few guys said that after the update one freebud (it was almost always the left one) didn't work any more and didn't react anymore. Is this a real problem or don't you have this problem? And my second question... Can you also use only one for listening to music and the other freebud stays in the case or can you only hear to music with both?
This is a real problem I had the same you have to go to hauwei service with your FreeBuds and case and then you have to wait. I am waiting 4 months on new pare now. Only in the Netherlands there are more than 2000 mistakes

I have an issue with volume level. I can set only like 3 volume levels. I tried to restar my pixel and i even reseted my freebuds on factory settings. Guys can you help me?

@@Techkhamun This problem is only on my pixel. I tried them on my laptop and they worked fine.
I think there is a bug with the pixel and these headphones that have some how developed and unfortunately you may have to reset your phone and restore it as you have done with the headphones
