- Many see God in the Old Testament as full of wrath and anger, and then see Jesus as the nice guy who shows mercy. But that couldn't be further from the truth! God is the same yesterday today and forever, and as we look at the whole narrative of the scriptures we see Mercy and Judgement in both Testaments. It's important to get a proper view of God's ways as Moses prayed in Exodus 33:13, "Teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you."
Also, in this Festival season please keep us and Israel in your prayers, as we face another nationwide lockdown. In this time of Crisis we have a Kingdom opportunity to reach Israel with the Gospel of hope in these dark and confusing times.

The God of the Old Testament was as loving and merciful as the God of the New Testament.
He loved even the enemy of Israel, so much that Jonah was angry with Him showing mercy to the people of Nineveh.

@@sarahb9377 He didn't contradict himself, he said the only reason Moses said an 'eye for an eye' is because of the anger in the hearts of the Israelites. Most of these laws were to be effective until after Jesus came. I can't remember why but when Jesus came a lot changed because the covenant had been fulfilled. And most of those laws were cultural laws not moral laws. Yeshua did not tell the Israelites to violate women, Moses did. After all with what the bible says about sex outside marriage it seems unlikely.

He is unchanging, yesterday, today and forever.
His 2 covenants are different, but inherently the same.
No one since the time of Adam was saved apart from grace through faith. No one was ever saved by works, either old or new covenant.
It has never been any different. His grace and favour, our faith and obedience. I have never found any difference. The Law of Moses was a school master pointing ahead to a greater than Moses. Messiah is the law perfected.

Beautiful. I came to realize that in the first coming God had to incarnate and become a servant, so that we could have one last opportunity to know him. In the second coming, His glory will destroy both sin and sinners. That's why He didn't do it that way for the first coming!

This scripture you shared is just before judgment day which is 2 Peter 3.
Revelation speaks of judgment day at the end of the seal judgments which shows that revelation overlaps.
No rapture for the 1000 yr reign.
The going up is judgment day at the end of the 1000 year reign.
We were taught wrong in the churches.

The wicked are the ones who are removed from the earth, just like in Lot's day and Noah's. The meek inherit the earth.

i just found you, txs SO much for your teaching! we just finished the Book of Ezra, about to begin Nehemiah, n that's exactly the issue: GOD does NOT change, His mercy is deep, ever-present, from the very beginning. Abraham was not even circumcised at first when he already got the sublime promise that nations would be blessed thru him, wow!

Honestly, the only people who claim the Old Testament God and the New Testament God are different are people who have never read the whole Bible. You can not read the old testament without seeing God's grace and mercy, just like you can not read the New Testament without seeing God's judgements and punishments...also He is perfect throughout. He loves what is good and hates what is bad throughout. God stepped into His own creation and showed us what we are to do. He made a way and a path for us...by being a living example and being the ultimate sacrifice. I'm blown away by Him, He is magnificent. Glory to God forever.
This is an exciting new spiritual insight discussed in your One for Israel podcast. Verily, God never changed. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
But here's my thought about this matter. God's plan for Israel and the gentiles was only one. Through out the entire biblical backdrop, God has intended to dwell and fellowship with man in a relational and intimate way.And for man to revere Him in the true form and spirit of worship. All the ordinances of God given to Israel thru Moses were the representations of the spiritual things to come, which found all its fulfillment in Christ. But Israel's religious leaders rejected the visitation of the Messiah, in Jesus (Yeshua) despite all the signs of wonders and miracles He performed. The religious leaders did not to take seriously the prophecies written in the Scriptures about the Messiah. They all knew He was Him, from Herod down to the religious leadership. But they were afraid of being replaced, and they were terrified. So they plotted to kill the Messiah. They thought that if God's power was with Yeshua, he would surely use it to save his life by show of force. Then they would believe in him. But God's thoughts are not their thoughts and God's ways are not their ways. It was God's purpose that the Messiah would suffer and to offer himself as a once-for-all guilt sacrifice, the final consumation of all sacrificial offerings in the temple. Not only to intended for all Israel but for all the gentiles as well. That would be a very bad idea for the religious establishment and temple services. That was why the priests, scribes and rabbis across sectarian groups found a common ground to vehemently reject the Messiah and his followers, until today. And so the gospel of Christ had to come out of Jerusalem, because of such rejection. And the message of salvation of Christ was to be preached to the ends of the earth. Thanks to the Lord's choice of the twelve apostles and later on to Saul of Tarsus, salvation has indeed come to the gentile world. Now it is time for the message of salvation of the Jewish Messiah to go back home to be preached to Jerusalem for the salvation of all Israel.
On the concept of conversion in Christ, that is, the spiritual conversion defined and referred to by the Lord Jesus himself as for a man to be "born again." A spiritual miracle that occurs when one encounters Jesus, and who acknowledges one's sinfulness before God, by accepting His Son Jesus (Yeshus) as Lord and Savior ,who died for one's sins, and who rose again to life as proof of the Messiah's victory over sin and death. He is now our high priest, our intercessor to our Father God in Heaven. As Paul wrote, "in Christ, all things are new creation, old things passed away, behold all things are new."

When the Messiah told them they erred in the SCRIPTURE, not knowing the SCRIPTURE. There was no other scripture for them to know except the OT.
The NT did not exist yet. It wasn’t written until years after our Messiah resurrected.
The NT is the OT.
King James added and subtracted a lot to keep the traditions of the English clergy and to make it sound like it wasn’t the same. I can show you many examples.

Then why did Jesus say your law twice, once in John 8 and also in John 10. Why did Jesus say Moses was their accuser in John 5:45-47? Why did he say Abraham didn't try killing anyone, like the Pharisees were trying to kill him? The Abraham story is about him nearly cutting his son's throat. Why does Matt 7:12 cite the golden rule, then SUMS (up the law =37 285 335 = 537 78 33 = 15 15 33 = 6 6 6) and the (prophets = 79678521 = 96785217 = 151515 = 666.

God was so kind in the old testament, probably even more than the new one, since there is more stories.
The Tanakh presents the history of almost 4000 years, the New Testament narrates events which happen in 60 years. Relationally, the NT has as much stories as the OT does

There is a difference between the ceremonial law (fulfilled), and the moral law (still applies, but believers are justified by faith).

Yes, repentance isn't from sin, it is toward God. It is from unbelief to belief, it's just changing your mind and believing God. You are the holy of holies now. We do not have an adulterous heart. God gave us a new heart and a new spirit, it is only our mind that needs to be renewed. God is always full of mercy and grace, but Love can't leave you in a state that will cause you harm. We are children, and we fall down and get hurt, but He gently picks us up and comforts us. Our Father is so good, and so gracious that He even uses our mistakes for our good. 🙏 ✝️❤️ Grace and peace to you all

I remember in the Old Testament, e.g. Book of Hosea, God calling back to Himself Israel despite it being like an unfaithful bride. And He called Jonah to preach to Niniva about His forgiveness.

Listening to your holy conversation and came to a point you talked about the relationship between God and the holy prophets of the Old Covenant, and to the saints in the New Covenant, I was moved to share this dream I dreamed years back about the "Ancient of Days".
I believe this will give Light concerning the relationship between God and His children in the New Covenant. A relationship that God wants to restore as it was before the "Fall", wherein there was an intimate, tender and close relationship between Him and the first man and woman He created. And His will of Restoration was fulfilled by the Redemptive work on the Cross by His Only Begotten Son, our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
In my dream, I saw myself playing on the pure white clouds together with another boy of almost same age with me. The boy and I were brothers. We are of same height and built. It looks as if we are on our childhood age of about four to seven years old. We wore pure white clothing that covers our body from shoulder down to our hands and feet. Our complexion was also pure white even our hair. We enjoyed playing as we ran here and there on the clouds. The place is all snow-white clouds and full of peace that makes it glorious to behold.
There was an old man, but not too old to look at, I saw sitting on the white cloud that formed and shaped like a solid bench not far away from us. He enjoyed with great delight as he watched us playing and running joyfully among the clouds. He had also same complexion and clothing like us. The long and well-combed pure white hair of his head reaches to the shoulders. His pure white beard covers the whole of his chin. And that, he was our father.
Here is the light of revelation:
The vision of my heart upon my bed reveals the Fatherhood of GOD and the Brotherhood of Christ to the saints. It shows the tenderness of GOD as a Father and of Christ as a Brother. This is how GOD considers those who truly received Christ Jesus in their lives.
It reveals a light of Truth of an intimate, tender and close relationship and fellowship between God and His children, and between Christ and His brethren.
It further reveals how God our Father is so delighted of His children born of Him, with tender lovingkindness.
What more I saw and felt in the vision, was love, holiness and humility.

Hello, guys, thanks for this conversation. Mexican writer Octavio Paz explained the matter in a superb way. He said that the universal path of Yeshua's teachings was first initiated by Paul and later by the Jesuits. I recommend the reading of the introduction chapter of Paz's book on the poet Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. Paz won the Nobel prize of literature.

Dear Dr. Golan Broshi and your nameless host (who is outstanding but never is name mentioned), please allow me to thank you so much for your wonderful Pod Cast and other video presentations. I was born a Gentile, but now am a Jew...he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision, which is outward flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision, is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God (Romans 2:28-29). During this pod cast discussion, both of you seemed to have great derision and concern about the Church (so called) which you are correct in your assessment. During the past and recent history antisemitism has been held by many so called Churches and so called Christian leaders. You are both justified by your hesitation and apprehension of that Apostate Church of those times when Jews and real Christians suffered and were put to death for their beliefs and convictions. In those times, that Church was overtaken by wolves that the Apostles had warned would happen. The proof that it was apostate was that in fact, they did not hold to the same doctrines as the true Apostolic Church did when it was founded in the book of Acts. Unfortunately, the Apostle Paul clearly warned of these wolves who would later plunge the Church into chaos because of false doctrine....it happened soon after the Apostles deaths. As you know, the book of Acts Church held that Yeshua (Jesus) was both Lord and Christ as he had said that if you have seen me you have seen the Father; and again, I and my Father are One; and to Wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself...with the Bible scriptures being replete with the Oneness of God and that One God was Yeshua. He was no less than the Lord God of Israel wrapped in flesh who was born of a virgin and tasted life and death as a man. This Man in fact was fully God and Man. He was the Messiah who became the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world, to bring salvation to all mankind...Only God would do it and he would not send someone else to do make this atonement for sin of mankind. The Apostate church invented false doctrines that espoused the notion that God was a triune God. Both the Old and New Testament scriptures never supports that idea nor is the word "trinity" even found in the scriptures...He (Yeshua) was none less, that Emmanuel (GOD with us). Further, the so called church changed the formula and method of water baptism...and those faithful Christians who rejected these changes by the Apostate Church from the real Apostolic Church (Book of Acts) suffered torture and death if they did not renounce the apostolic doctrines. Nonetheless, GOD was is One -- His believers are commanded to be Baptized in the Name of Yeshua (Jesus). His Name only has power to Remit sins. Being baptized in the Name of Yeshua (Jesus) also has a promise to all that obey....You SHALL receive the gift of the Holy Ghost and it will be for you, your children and those afar off as many as the Lord our God shall call. Those who held this genuine Apostolic Bible doctrine of the Apostles, i.e., Peter, Paul, Stephen, James, John, Philip and all the others apostles were ultimately put to death by the Apostate Church at the hands of the Roman Empire. The Apostate Church men who sit in the Apostles chairs and who are still part of the Apostate Church to this day both resist and hate this true Gospel. The Apostle Paul said if they changed this Gospel then let them be accursed. My Prayers are far God to help each of you to endue all that fight against "One for Israel" and its teachers, ministers and leaders. May the Power of His Holy Spirit go before you with -- His Wisdom -- His Anointing -- His Protection through the pouring out of the Holy Spirit baptism that he promised to all those who obey His Gospel. May God's great Love bless the wonderful work that you team at "One for Israel" which is providing the Gospel to both Jew and Gentile!

Leviticus 26 begins with a blessing from GOD and ends with a reminder that HE would remember and not allow HIS people who were contrary and refused HIS covenants to be forsaken in the end. These are the bookends of a condensed version of the Book of Revelation that is clearly spoken of in Leviticus 26. It speaks clearly of 3 separate warnings that being continuously unfaithful and hateful to HIM would be punished with by 7 punishments followed by HIS fury/wrath (KJV/amplified version wording).

I think it's important that every culture needs to be redeemed by the Gospel. Part of my ethnic background is Swiss German. My family are believers in Yeshua back three generations, but there is a Swiss cultural practice that enslaved a daughter for a family's use, which is not loving one's neighbor as one's self.
I love this channel and listen to it daily ❤. I’m a little confused by the friends struggle to call himself a Christian. As far I can tell, we believe the exact same things. Perhaps we gentiles should rename ourselves “Adopted Messianic Jews” so there isn’t division and concern over what we call ourselves 🤔
