It was such a B’rachah to hear you speaking about the first three verses in B'reshit, in fact you used almost the same words and observations that I've been preaching since Yeshua revealed the triune nature to me in these verse. I always had questions about verse one in the Hebrew because of the plural noun (Elohim) and the singular verb (bara). Decades ago I would ask the rabbanim in our shuel why this is written this way; I seemed like Mosheh made a mistake, but Elohim can't make a mistake, I was so confused. The rabbanim would never give me an answer that satisfied me. Then in 1982 Elohim opened my eyes and my heart and I accepted Yeshua. Some years later I was ordained and I still didn't understand this portion. So I fasted and prayed several days and suddenly Yeshua revealed it; it was so simple. Elohim worded verse one this way for a reason. The plurality of His being was united in the singular act of creation. His plurality was truly in the first three verses. In verse two the Ruach haKodesh was obvious, then when I reached verse three and read "And Elohim "said": "Let there be light.'" This was Yeshua speaking His light to become present within the world that it might become suitable for man to dwell in; this is exactly what Yochanan writes about in the first Four verses of the Gospel with his name. "In the beginning was the Davar, and the Davar was with Elohim, and Elohim was the Davar. He was in the beginning with Elohim. All things were made by Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness, and the darkness can not comprehend it." When Elohim speaks in verse Three of B'reshit, this is the Davar who is Yeshua. I have been explaining this as a guest speaker in many churches over the years and many people receive it with joy; but the hardest people the reach with this, among non-Jews, has been seminary graduates. I'm frequently say how they studied Hebrew an I'm completely off base about the Pural noun and singular verb being important. Frequently they say the noun is singular unless it's being used to speak of false gods. Sometimes I say, 'Then how do you deal with the word Elohim in the B'rit Chadashah?' And they say the New Covenant wasn't written in Hebrew. So, rather than argue pointlessly I often let it go. I've said all this just to say thank you for giving me a confirmation that what I received was from Yeshua and it was indeed accurate. Toda Raba, Golan. Shalom shalom.
I have no words... I am in tears, tears of joy for the goodness and mercy of our good heavenly Father and for his incredible generosity in giving us his beloved Son Yeshua, the best of shepherds. Excellent. God, Supreme, manifested Himself in many ways. Ark of the Covenant, Cloud, Fire, etc. He can do anything! Praise His holy name! He reconciled the world to Himself!!! Man couldn’t do this great work, so He had to lower himself and take on flesh and dwell with us and teach us His ways and become the final sacrifice; the perfect Lamb of God without blemish. Thank you this was so good! I have often ignored the story of Cain and Abel or rather didn't focus on it because of murder. It seemed like such a dark spot but seeing that it correlates did Jesus and the nation of Israel is amazing. And especially about God's mercy. ❤This is really helpful!

I only know He claimed to be the "Son of Man" like in Mark 14v62 referring to the same "Son of Man" who rules as God in OT Daniel 7v13 (more clearly shown in Revelation 5). Btw in Mark 14v62, Jesus responds to the pharisees questions of being the Son of God with "I AM"(Ego eimi) and then quotes Daniel 7v13... not yes but I AM. See Exodus 3v14. There's too many other passages Jesus claims to be "I AM" eg. John 18v5-6. Truly may the triune God bless you my friend and may He open your eyes. John 8v24 - If you don't Believe in the real Jesus Christ who is God in flesh you aren't saved....It's not me saying this. I'm just quoting Jesus. As the sister in Christ already mentioned, Jesus did say He is YHWH in John 8v58. Please don't think I'm trying to be hateful. I love you so I want you to know the true LORD Jesus Christ. Pray to Him about this, study the Holy Bible, watch videos. I recommend Anthony rodgers, Sam shamoun, Nabeel qureshi, Paul washer. Importantly, Dont take anyone's word for it but God's. Last point to help: 2 Peter 1v1 specifically tells us what Jesus said in the gospels; Jesus is "our God and Saviour". The next verse tells us Jesus is a distinct person from God too. Have you also noticed that the Lord Jesus Christ comes from the genealogy of Seth, whom Eve said at his birth: “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.” ? As a Christian who sat under poor teaching for many years I never got it. When I started listening to messianic jewish teaching on the Old Testament, it just hit me in the face one day. Stunned I fell on my face and wept while repeatedly calling Him Holy! Haha I couldn’t believe I missed something so important. Unfortunately in many Christian churches there is unbalanced teaching. It wasn’t until the Old Testament was taught to me by dear messianic brothers that I got it. Such a blessing!!

You're way overestimating the Torah education of the average Jew, even in Orthodox circles. Most really educated Jews know enough to debate halacha application for daily life but little more. Much like the average Christian who knows even less than that. These things require (1) that you have the time/teacher/attention/care to study, and (2) a willingness to listen to the other side seriously enough to learn from them instead of trying to convert them. Christians and Jews BOTH actively teach their families to avoid the teachings of the other religion at all costs or else (even if those teachings originate in their own faith), so they both miss out on important information. As for Christians, once they see Yeshua in the Hebrew what does it do for them? They already have their religion. Important teachings of Yeshua regarding both Torah AND Oral Torah that Christianity ignores are all over the Tanakh and Brit Hadashah, but Christians stop at the Yeshua part and overlook or explain away the parts they don't want to commit to. One could ask your question in the opposite direction: Why don't christians see that? Cognitive dissonance.

I got so much revelation out of this lesson. Who would have thought that Messiah was revealed in the first murder? God is so amazing! Please encourage your Gentile followers to seek these truths in the scriptures. In America, we are not taught such truths and as a result we are left to our English scriptures that do not reveal the original meaning in the Hebrew. I pray for there to be a “revival of the knowledge of truth” specifically that the Hebrew reveals.

I just watched this video again after seeing it last year, and I have a new perspective on it after I have grown up in Messiah over the year. I love the excitement in Golan's voice when he is talking about how Abel got Salvation, but Cain is so insolent and disrespectful to God when he has the nerve to say "Am I my brother's keeper?" I have always felt like he was so wicked and I always had compassion for Abel and felt sad that his blood was crying out from the ground. I want to fellowship with Abel in heaven and let him know that I love him for being such a good young man and he knew that Yeshua was so high above him that he brought a sacrifice to God for Him to consume and have pleasure in Abel for being so obedient. I'm growing so tired of the wickedness of society now, and I am growing impatient for the appearance of the Messiah and Bridegroom to come to get His Bride.

It was such a B’rachah to hear you speaking about the first three verses in B'reshit, in fact you used almost the same words and observations that I've been preaching since Yeshua revealed the triune nature to me in these verse. I always had questions about verse one in the Hebrew because of the plural noun (Elohim) and the singular verb (bara). Decades ago I would ask the rabbanim in our shuel why this is written this way; I seemed like Mosheh made a mistake, but Elohim can't make a mistake, I was so confused. The rabbanim would never give me an answer that satisfied me. Then in 1982 Elohim opened my eyes and my heart and I accepted Yeshua. Some years later I was ordained and I still didn't understand this portion. So I fasted and prayed several days and suddenly Yeshua revealed it; it was so simple. Elohim worded verse one this way for a reason. The plurality of His being was united in the singular act of creation. His plurality was truly in the first three verses. In verse two the Ruach haKodesh was obvious, then when I reached verse three and read "And Elohim "said": "Let there be light.'" This was Yeshua speaking His light to become present within the world that it might become suitable for man to dwell in; this is exactly what Yochanan writes about in the first Four verses of the Gospel with his name. "In the beginning was the Davar, and the Davar was with Elohim, and Elohim was the Davar. He was in the beginning with Elohim. All things were made by Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness, and the darkness can not comprehend it." When Elohim speaks in verse Three of B'reshit, this is the Davar who is Yeshua.
I have been explaining this as a guest speaker in many churches over the years and many people receive it with joy; but the hardest people the reach with this, among non-Jews, has been seminary graduates. I'm frequently say how they studied Hebrew an I'm completely off base about the Pural noun and singular verb being important. Frequently they say the noun is singular unless it's being used to speak of false gods. Sometimes I say, 'Then how do you deal with the word Elohim in the B'rit Chadashah?' And they say the New Covenant wasn't written in Hebrew. So, rather than argue pointlessly I often let it go. I've said all this just to say thank you for giving me a confirmation that what I received was from Yeshua and it was indeed accurate. Toda Raba, Golan. Shalom shalom.

So many confounding things in scripture make sense when you understand God has a triune nature
We are made in His image and throughout scriptures it talks about the heart, soul/spirit and The word of the Lord.
God - plural, created - singular. Love it!
Elohim (plural)
If The The Holy Spirit is partner and The Son is Body, What is Yah the Eternal Father? Because if you say Spirit than your opinion now is that their are two Spirits In a 3 partnership. In the Beginning The Word Of The Eternal was already and His Word is His Spirit and The Word is The Eternal. He is jealous and does not share His Glory with no one . The Word of The Eternal became Flesh and dwelt amongst us whenever He made shadow over Marry and was born into the world as The Son of Man to save His people from their sins.

I only know He claimed to be the "Son of Man" like in Mark 14v62 referring to the same "Son of Man" who rules as God in OT Daniel 7v13 (more clearly shown in Revelation 5).
Btw in Mark 14v62, Jesus responds to the pharisees questions of being the Son of God with "I AM"(Ego eimi) and then quotes Daniel 7v13... not yes but I AM. See Exodus 3v14.
There's too many other passages Jesus claims to be "I AM" eg. John 18v5-6.

John 8v24 - If you don't Believe in the real Jesus Christ who is God in flesh you aren't saved....It's not me saying this. I'm just quoting Jesus. As the sister in Christ already mentioned, Jesus did say He is YHWH in John 8v58. Please don't think I'm trying to be hateful. I love you so I want you to know the true LORD Jesus Christ. Pray to Him about this, study the Holy Bible, watch videos. I recommend Anthony rodgers, Sam shamoun, Nabeel qureshi, Paul washer. Importantly, Dont take anyone's word for it but God's.
Last point to help: 2 Peter 1v1 specifically tells us what Jesus said in the gospels; Jesus is "our God and Saviour". The next verse tells us Jesus is a distinct person from God too. His Father is the same 1 God too. Points to Trinity

As a Christian who sat under poor teaching for many years I never got it. When I started listening to messianic jewish teaching on the Old Testament, it just hit me in the face one day. Stunned I fell on my face and wept while repeatedly calling Him Holy! Haha I couldn’t believe I missed something so important.
Unfortunately in many Christian churches there is unbalanced teaching. It wasn’t until the Old Testament was taught to me by dear messianic brothers that I got it. Such a blessing!!

You're way overestimating the Torah education of the average Jew, even in Orthodox circles. Most really educated Jews know enough to debate halacha application for daily life but little more.
Much like the average Christian who knows even less than that. These things require (1) that you have the time/teacher/attention/care to study, and (2) a willingness to listen to the other side seriously enough to learn from them instead of trying to convert them. Christians and Jews BOTH actively teach their families to avoid the teachings of the other religion at all costs or else (even if those teachings originate in their own faith), so they both miss out on important information.
As for Christians, once they see Yeshua in the Hebrew what does it do for them? They already have their religion. Important teachings of Yeshua regarding both Torah AND Oral Torah that Christianity ignores are all over the Tanakh and Brit Hadashah, but Christians stop at the Yeshua part and overlook or explain away the parts they don't want to commit to.
One could ask your question in the opposite direction: Why don't christians see that? Cognitive dissonance.
In my opinion 2 thessalonians 2 covers what's happening in the world today. I praise Jesus, my Lord and Savior!

I got so much revelation out of this lesson. Who would have thought that Messiah was revealed in the first murder? God is so amazing! Please encourage your Gentile followers to seek these truths in the scriptures. In America, we are not taught such truths and as a result we are left to our English scriptures that do not reveal the original meaning in the Hebrew. I just watched this video again after seeing it last year, and I have a new perspective on it after I have grown up in Messiah over the year. I love the excitement in Golan's voice when he is talking about how Abel got Salvation, but Cain is so insolent and disrespectful to God when he has the nerve to say "Am I my brother's keeper?" I have always felt like he was so wicked and I always had compassion for Abel and felt sad that his blood was crying out from the ground. I want to fellowship with Abel in heaven and let him know that I love him for being such a good young man and he knew that Yeshua was so high above him that he brought a sacrifice to God for Him to consume and have pleasure in Abel for being so obedient. I'm growing so tired of the wickedness of society now, and I am growing impatient for the appearance of the Messiah and Bridegroom to come to get His Bride.
