The spinshot hooks are my clear favorite for dropshot. You can adjust the leader or the line without having to retie the whole thing.

I personally like it in deeper water or if I’m fishing holes. If I’m fishing shallows or flats I’m going with a float rig all day. Thanks for watching 🙏🙏🙏

I mean I feel like I’ve had way more success using a drop shot in deeper holes. I used a slip bobber that day but it was much harder to target them then drop shotting
@@609Fishing I’m definitely tying this rig on. I’ve used the single normal drop shop, never the double shot.

can you recommend an ultralight rod and reel?
I’m using a shakesphere 4’6 UltraLight & 1000 Shimano Sahara. Personally I only got the rod for the price, $14! It’s honestly withstood some big fish so for the price , there is a ton of value in it.
I end up catchin crappie catfish bass bluegill (all bream) crabs in my crab pots this year only fish
