2nd InvestCEC Webinar: Breaking Down Financial Barriers in the Circular Economy

InvestCEC aims to unlock the potential of the circular economy in European cities and regions, by overcoming financial barriers and establishing a replicable model that considers local needs.
On April 30, 2024, InvestCEC partnered with the DECISO project for a webinar titled "Breaking Down Financial Barriers in the Circular Economy." This virtual session highlighted key financial challenges and showcased innovative strategies from DECISO’s pilot projects across Europe.
Jorge Calvo Presa from CARTIF set the stage of the webinar by exploring financial barriers within the circular economy. Following this, the DECISO project introduced their four ongoing pilot project, here Sabine Herrmann (City of Hamburg), Daniel Gerdes (OOWV), Kostas Karamarkos (DETEPA), and Rosa Onofre (CCDRA) highlighted how each project is addressing financial challenges in their unique contexts.
