@@snaccgod9699 he wanted to go independent. When you work for big companies they sensor speech and lot's other things. Ariel wanted to be independent and the master of his own destiny. That last part was my own opinion.😉

i think dc and rc would be a better show if it was all inclusive and pertained to all sports so like letting dc have opinions on football and his saints etc. BUt just mma makes no sense with ryan clark.
@@kuryanthomas1438 I still wouldn't watch it but only because I'm not into any other sport. Look at the incredible roster of fighters they could choose from to co-host & they went with RC? It doesnt make much sense. They could even have a different fighter every week & it would work better. It's such a terrible move on ESPN's part, I'm genuinely confused by their decision making.

The worst thing they could do is let AJ take out Pitbull and/or get beat by Pitbull.
It's not in their best interest for AJ to dethrone Pitbull, one of their other big names. Pitbull may not be a huge star but he is well known and respected. He brings fans from other parts of the world. The reason why they let him and Bader do it, is because there was no better option basically. If you put double champ Pitbull/Bader on a scale vs the next name, double champ wins. The attention AJ generates as undefeated champ vs double champ in their organization isn't much greater than him without the other belt. They are better off milking both names, the new narratives etc. Now just that, they know the chance is high he will leave after that.

Luke was non holidays, so no. I also don't think I'll watch every episode from start to finish any more now that the MMA Hour is back. Morning Kombat is great, more knowledge when it comes to actual fighting, but MMA Hour is the gold standard when it comes to guests.
I miss DC and Helwani, but this really good!

Misha earning 200k is arguably on the low side, but it is not what upsets me. A guy like Chris Moutinho comes in, gets his brains bashed in for 14.5 minutes and walks away with what if there's no fight of the night bonus (which imo was a joke - how is a 1-sided massacre fight of the night!!!)? 10k? 20k? That is a joke! A young guy, fighting live on ESPN, airing around the world and potentially walking away with 10grand for being given future Parkinsons/CTE/Dementia or who knows what else! That's a lack of respect for human life imo!
